Aerary Glyph

• Used to unlock the door to fight The Progeny

• Can be found in N'Erud - The Hatchery

Assassin Dagger

• While completing The Fae Council Event, players may come up with this item. The conspirator is determined at random by the game. It can be used as an irrefutable proof during the trial.
• Players can also bring this item to Nimue to create the Assassin's Dagger

• Losomn, obtained by solving the Council Tribunal Puzzle.

Asylum Third Floor Key

• Can be used at the third floor of the Asylum to unlock the locked door. (Losomn)

• Morrow Parish, Losomn. It's found inside in a shed located outside of the asylum courtyard. Players have to open the door to go in and collect the item, at the cost of letting Ripsaw out.

Biome Portal Key

• Use it to open a closed door in The Labyrinth to access Leto's Stash

• Can be found in The Labyrinth. Given by The Keeper once first found. 

Biome-Control Glyph

• Use it in a door near the checkpoint in Dormant N'erudian Facility to find the Toxic Release Valve there and the Memory Core II.

• Dormant N'erudian Facility.

Cargo Control Key

• Used at the door in the cargo area of Ward 13, granting access to the room with the MP60-R on a table.

• Found inside the Locked chest in Ford's room (Ward 13)

Clockwork Pinion

• Can be used at the machinery at the top of the Clock Tower. (The Clock Tower Event)

• Obtained by completing The Clock Tower Event.

Council Key 1

• Has to be used by mirroring the reflection of the council member's location in the Council Tribunal in order to be able to access the one true king chambers

• Can be found in Losomn - Council Tribunal

Council Key 2

• Has to be used by mirroring the reflection of the council member's location in the Council Tribunal in order to be able to access the one true king chambers

• Can be found in Losomn - Council Tribunal

Council Key 3

• Has to be used by mirroring the reflection of the council member's location in the Council Tribunal in order to be able to access the one true king chambers

• Can be found in Losomn - Council Tribunal

Crimson King Coin

• Players can have up to Five Crimson King Coins. 
• They have to present them to The Red Prince in order to pay tribute to him and avoid fighting him. Regardless, he will kill the player, but grant them Bloody Steel Splinter when they re-appear at the checkpoint. The Red Prince will be gone as if he was faced.
• If players give The Red Prince less than three Crimson King Coins, he will consider it an insult and fight the player in the same way as if no tribute was given.

• Found in the Gilded Chambers, dropped by Teleport Fae.

Decorum Cipher

• Can be used at Abyssal Rift. There is a room downstairs in the area where you find The Custodian, in which you have to insert two items. One is the Memory Core II and the other one is the Decorum Cipher. Doing so will lead you to the Core Booster and Pulse Rifle, respectively.

• At N'Erud you’ll come across a dungeon that has a train at the end. The train is a horde fight, complete the fight. Then after you get off, go to the control room upstairs and jump out the window onto the train. It’ll be in that room.

Dria's Anklet

• Give it to Riewen to receive the Ring of Grace

• Found in Harvester's Reach, Losomn. When completing Riewen's request, players will have to face Barghest the Vile. Defeat it to obtain this item.

Faelin Mural Piece

• Have to be used to open the Giant Ornate door at the entrance of the palace, alongside Faerin Mural Piece. Insert this one on the light side, and Faerin Mural Piece on the dark side, and pull the lever to open the door.

• Can be found in Losomn - Beatific Palace. As soon as you enter, it will be on a stand in one of the first rooms you enter.

Faerin Mural Piece

• Have to be used to open the Giant Ornate door at the entrance of the palace, alongside Faelin Mural Piece. Insert this one on the dark side, and Faelin Mural Piece on the light side, and pull the lever to open the door.

• Can be found in Losomn - Malefic Palace. Players have to complete the Card Jester event correctly.

Flashlight

• There is a locked chest in Ford's office, and it requires a 4-digit code to be opened. The code can be found inscribed in the base of the Flashlight he gives you when heading to the World Stone for the first time. Inspect it to learn the number.

• Given by Ford in Ward 13.

House Lythla Glyph

• Use it on a glyph door in Vault of the Formless to unlock it.You will find the Rupture Canon inside.

• Can be found in N'Erud - Vault of the Formless

Kolket's Key

• To open the door after the floating pillar trap. It leads to the Lodestone Crown.

• Obtain the Kolket's Razor then interact with it to turn it into the Kolket's Key.

Kolket's Razor

• You have interact with this item to transform it into Kolket's Key

• Can be found in Yaesha - The Lament, after solving the Consort's Puzzle.

Magic Quill

• The Magic Quill is used to open walls that are "half-painted". Using the Magic Quill creates a door.

• Beatific Palace, Losomn. Players will find Jester on a pile of bones, and after his juggling performance, he will offer the Magic Quill.

Master Portal Key

• Use it on an altar, after the Energy Event to create a new path that leads to the Labyrinth Sentinel

• Can be found in The Labyrinth. Complete the Energy Event to obtain it.

Matchbook

• Examine the Matchbook to find the Ward 13 Key.

• Ward 13. Found while exploring with Ford at the beginning of the game, behind the picture.

Memory Core II

Nightweaver Stone Doll

• Give the Nightweaver Stone Doll to the Nightweaver's Web to receive Dreamcatcher

• Players will receive it from the Head Doctor in the asylum after giving her x3 Stone-Carved Doll. Losomn.

Ornate Key

• Can be used to unlock Ornate Lockbox.

• Can be found in Yaesha - The Widow's Court

Ornate Lockbox

• You must interact with it and use the Ornate Key, inside lies a Thaen Seed. You can take the seed to The Eternal Empress to get the Burden of the Rebel.

• Can be found in Yaesha - The Widow's Court

Override Pin

• Use it on the diamond shaped hole on the terminal that begins the boss fight with Sha'Hala: Spectral Guardian of N'Erud before interacting with the terminal itself. By doing these, when the fight is over the boss will drop Void Cinder. A material that can be used to craft the long gun Aphelion

• The Override Pin is inside an unnamed tower in Timeless Horizon. The tower has an elevator that leads to a statue that resembles the ones that have seekers keys. There is an opening you can enter on the right side of the room. Follow the path and you will find it.

Plain Ribbon

• In Losomn you may encounter a status of two faes holding hands, use this item on the statue to obtain Golden Ribbon (By facing and killing Faerin) or the Silver Ribbon (By facing and killing Faelin)

• Can be found in the Gilded Chambers

Prison Cell Key

• Use it to unlock the door where the head doctor is locked. Basement of the asylum in Morrow Parish

• On the 3rd floor balcony of The Asylum in Morrow Parish. Losomn

Ravenous Medallion

• Use on a door in The Great Hall that leads to The Feast Event

• Found on a table of the kitchen area in The Great Hall, Losomn

Rotten Thaen Fruit

• Interact with the fruit to receive the Ghost Shell Mutator, while having the Red Doe Sigil equipped. Inspect the Rotten Thaen Fruit, then slightly turn it laterally. The interact prompt will appear.

• The Widow's Court - Wear the Red Doe Sigil in front of the Ravager and Red Doe's Statue to reveal a secret passage.

Seeker's Key 

• The entrance to Sentinel's Keep is found in Timeless Horizon. It can be easily recognizable as it's a very tall tower with a white sphere on top. You will need to place all 3 Seeker's Keys to open the gate

• Can be found in N'Erud - The Hatchery
• Can be found in N'Erud - Seeker's Rest

Segment (Sentinel's Keep)

• It has to be given to The Keeper

• Can be found in N'Erud - Sentinel's Keep. Obtained as reward for defeating Sha'Hala: Spectral Guardian of N'Erud.

Segment (The Great Bole)

• It has to be given to The Keeper

• Can be found in Yaesha - The Great Bole

Severed Hand

• There is a body on a cage, hanging from the ceiling. You will notice the purple glow of an item. Shoot the body to make the Severed Hand to drop from it. Inspect the Severed Hand to obtain Strong Arm Band.

• Can be found in The Great Sewers.

Soul Spark Cylinder

• It has to be given to Tal Ratha in order to fight his normal self or Tal Ratha (Metaphysical)

• Found by solving the Green Capsule Room Event in N'Erud..

Soulkey Tribute

• Used at the bottom of the Asylum to traverse to The Tormented Asylum, which allows you to fight The Nightweaver.

• Losomn. Once you managed to advance enough in The Nightweaver's quest, you will find her attacking a victim and when spotted, the nightweaver will flee. The victim will drop the Soulkey Tribute.

Stasis Pod Glyph

• Explore the Void Vessel Facility in N'Erud until you find a door with a light in the middle, interact with it using the Stasis Pod Glyph to open it, you'll find the Space Worker Set.

• Can be found in N'Erud: Found in one of the capsules in Void Vessel Facility. Open the capsule by interacting with the console next to it, a N'Erud Zombie will come out and attack you, defeat them and collect the item from the capsule.

Stellar-Powered Cell

• Stellar-Power Cell must be placed in certain panel slots next to certain doors in order to open them. The item must remain inside the slot to keep the door opened.

• Can be found in N'Erud - Tower of the Unseen. Can be found at the Tower of the Unseen, next to an opened door. Removing this item will close the door so you'll have to make your way elsewhere.

Stone-carved Doll I

• Given to the Head Doctor, locked up in the basement of the asylum

• Morrow Parish, Losomn

• Given to the Head Doctor, locked up in the basement of the asylum

Stone-carved Doll III

• Given to the Head Doctor, locked up in the basement of the asylum

Strange Object

• Has to be given to The Keeper once met in The Labyrinth.

• Can be found in Losomn - Malefic Gallery or The Tormented Asylum. It dropped by Faerin or Faelin, and also The Nightweaver, depending on the storyline you got in Losomn.

Supply Room Key

• You can use it further ahead to open the door with the queen's symbol.

• Can be found in Yaesha - The Lament, after solving the Consort's Puzzle and fighting Wither, go back to the room with a checkpoint and break the pots in one of the corners to open a passage. Descend and inside one of the cascades to the right there's a passage to a skeleton with the item.

Tarnished Key

• Unlock a door which will lead to Matriarch's Insignia.

• Can be found in Yaesha - The Widow's Court

Temple Key

• Once you find the Temple Key you must backtrack, keeping to the wall on your left. Just before some stone steps, you will find a red door to your left. Use Temple Key to open it.

• Can be found in Yaesha - Kaeula's Rest

Thaen Seed

• Can be given to the queen at the Red Throne, it awards the Burden of the Rebel and makes all Pan Warriors friendly.
• Can also be planted in Ward 13.

• Can be found inside the Ornate Lockbox

The Burnished Reed

Ward 13 Key

• Used to open the locked door that leads to the World Stone in Ward 13

• Ward 13. When Ford takes you to see the World Stone for the first time, you will inevitably get it. Once you get the Matchbook hidden behind the frame, inspect it to find the Ward 13 Key

• Inspect to receive the Effigy Pendant

Bookbound Medallion

• You can trade Bloockbound Medallion for  Ring of Infinite Damage with Leywise
• You can use it to open a chamber in order to get Paper Heart.

Lighthouse Key

• Used to open the key in the Lighthouse
• Can be interacted with to open a secret room below the lighthouse, accessible by going to the side of the wooden bridge leading up to it. Inside you will find the Sparkfire Shotgun.

• Can be found in Derelict Lighthouse

Memoriam Medallion Key

• Can be used to open a locked door in Walk of Remembrance's Maze to get Gift of Euphoria.
• Can be used to open a locked door in Pathway of the Fallen to get Gift Of Melancholy.

• Dropped by Wraithliege in Pathway of the Fallen.

Misplaced Memoir

• Interact with it to reveal the Bookbound Medallion

•  Can be found in Forlorn Coast

Nimue's Vow

• Kill The One True King with it to transform it in Nimue's Blood-Marred Vow

• Given by Nimue if players are convinced by her and decide to not kill her, after The One True King demands it.

Nimue's Blood-Marred Vow

• Once transformed, bring it back to Nimue to receive the Gift of the Unbound.

• Kill The One True King with Nimue's Vow to transform it in Nimue's Blood-Marred Vow

Rod of Retribution

• Used on Nimue to kill her.

• Can be found in the Chamber of the Faithless. The One True King grants it to the players if they agree to kill Nimue.

Scythe Blade

• If you interact with the Scythe Hilt and already possess the Scythe Blade you can create the Ritualist Scythe.

• Can be looted in The Forgotten Commune. Dropped by the Befouled Altar

Scythe Hilt

• If you interact with it and already possess the Scythe Blade you can create the Ritualist Scythe.

• Can be obtained in The Forgotten Commune. Dropped by the Befouled Altar

Strange Talisman

• Players find it during the Ethereal Manor Event, and after completing it, it is transformed into the Death-Soaked Idol.

• Can be found during the Ethereal Manor Event

Feast Master's Leftovers

• Can be used to obtaine the White Glass Bead Ring. You need to to convince Leywise to eat them.

• Given to you by the Feastmaster in The Great Hall assuming you've met Leywise prior to the conversation on the same world roll of The Awakened King DLC

Kuri Kuri Egg

• Give to Duane in Ward 13 to start cooking a new concoction called Egg Drink
• Alternatively, if you don't pick up the Kuri Kuri Egg from the nest, you can return to the same location later to get the Regurgitated Spiny Sac.

• Can be found in Yaesha - Ancient Canopy, climbing towards a destroyed Kuri Kuri Nest. 

Cherished Fracture

• Bring it back to Lydusa at the Bloodless Throne, in Yaesha. This will trigger a fight with her, after partially regaining her physical form.
• Bring it in the Goddess's Rest to get Mirage.

• Can be found in Luminous Vale, Yaesha. Players have to have freed the waters first, and then be able to use the lever in front of the giant statue, to move its hands.

Trinity Memento

• Give to Dwell in Ward 13 by telling him you have a proof of existence of the Lost Tribe of the Pan. (Needs 3 of this item but can only get once per playthrough)

• Yaesha - Luminous Vale, as a red glowing item on a ledge, in a cave or on the wooden rope bridge.
