Rotten Thaen Fruit is a Quest Item in Remnant 2. Quest Items are used to unlock or advanced through certain quests or main story quests, as well as unlocking and discovering certain areas. Key Items are specifically found in specific areas of a Location, given by NPCs or looted from Enemies and Bosses.

- Interact with the fruit to receive the Ghost Shell Mutator, while having the Red Doe Sigil equipped. Inspect the Rotten Thaen Fruit, then slightly turn it laterally. The interact prompt will appear

Been inspecting this MULTIPLE times including different ones and on different chars but I do not get the Ghost Shell mutator on any of them... Am I doing something wrong or is the page wrong? Been spamming interact key aswell as trying to click basically all over it while i turn it around and look

what happens when you give this to the nightweaver's web? i assume it's just a random relic fragment but still, good to check.

If you have the Red Doe Sigil and stand in front of the statue of the Red Doe and the Ravager at The Widow's Court, the ground beneath will open up to reveal stairs leading down to the Rotten Thaen Fruit. Once acquired, you can inspect and interacted with it to receive the Ghost Shell Mutator, as mentioned above. Hope this helps someone!

There is 2 type of thaen fruit: 1) Elude death and recover 40% of your maximum life; 2) Elude death and recover 50% of your maximum life; you can obtain them planting the thaen seed on ward 13 ^_^
you need the Red Doe Sigil equipped to unlock the room to get this but you DO NOT need it equipped to inspect the fruit to get the Ghost Shell Mutator
