Consumables in Remnant 2 are Items that players can use to replenish various elements, gain temporary buffs, or deal damage within the game. These Consumables can be obtained through different means such as drops from Enemies or Bosses, scattered locations, crates or chests, and can also be purchased from Merchants.

If I'm not mistaken there may be a static drop for this, or its personal coincidence.
It's inside a chest, in the King DLC.
It is on the pathway where you between the checkpoint/elevated ring location and the second bell location for dark pact trait.
on this path, there is a bride/walkway between two buildings with a chest, in order to access it, you must turn during the path, the part where you jump from windows to roofs etc., to look out a side window then jump at an angle and down to land on it.
2 times opening this chest, both times had Mystery Jerky for me.
Note - shop at ward 13 will sell once acquired.

Tome of knowledge should not be here...It's a pick up not a consumable. You get one after every boss anyways.

Page is missing Huntress's Dream. Get it by sneaking up behind the Huntress in Losomn while she's sleeping and attacking with Dreamcatcher. Use it to go to her dream world where you can fight another version of her and get a weapon mod.

no shock grenade throwable, when those 'electrify the cable' puzzles exist on Nerud, is just another example of how poorly thought-out this game truly is
