Items for Remnant 2 is a list of all obtainable items available in-game. These Items can be obtained in various ways, including as enemy drops, in chests scattered across various locations, bought from Merchants, through Crafting etc. In Remnant: From the Ashes, Items are split into 3 different categories: Consumables, Key Items, and Crafting Materials. This page will be updated with all the Items available in Remnant 2 once the game has been released.

Consumables in Remnant 2 are Items that players can use to replenish various elements, gain temporary buffs, or deal damage within the game. All-Seeing Eye	Consumable	Grants a random buff or debuff on Mod Generation, Skill Cooldowns, Max Health, Max Stamina, Damage Dealt or Consumable Duration.	can be obtained by completing the Quilt and talking to the Oracle of the Dran.
Bandage	Consumable	Stops BLEEDING and restores all Grey Health.	Can be bought from Dr Norah for 100
Bark Extract	Concoction	Increases Armor by 30. Lasts 60m and will stay in effect after death. Only one Concoction may be active at a time.	Can be bought from Mudtooth for 500
Binding Orb	Grenade	When thrown, device becomes an anchor and applies SLOW to all enemies within 4m. Lasts 20s.	Can be bought from Reggie for 250 . Can be crafted at Drzyr Replicator, you will need the following Materials: x250 Scrap.
Black Tar	Grenade	When thrown, explodes in a 4m radius dealing 90 damage and applies TARRED which lasts 15s. Ranged damage and other FIRE sources ignite TARRED entities, causing dealing 750 BURNING damage over 10s.	Can be bought from Reggie for 250
Blood Root	Consumable	Regenerates 1.5 Health per second. Lasts 30s.	Can be bought from Dr Norah for 150
Bottled Shaedberry	Concoction	Increases Mod Power Generation by 10%. Lasts 60m and will stay in effect after death. Only one Concoction may be active at a time.	Can be bought from Mudtooth at the following cost: x500 Scrap.
Brightstone	Grenade	When thrown, explodes in a 4m radius dealing 250 damage and leaving a mysterious Mist which causes enemies to receive 10% additional damage. Debuff last 10s after enemies leave the Mist. Lasts 15s.	Can be bought from Reggie for 250 Can be bought from Bedel of the Vaunnt for 250
Celestial Thaen Fruit	Consumable	After consuming, upon death the hero will be revived with 50% Health, and be immune to STATUS effects for 30s. Cooldown: 60m.	Ward 13 from the Thaen Fruit Tree. 70 Scrap when obtained when already having one in your possession.
Chilled Steam	Concoction	Increases Movement Speed by 10%. Lasts 60m and will stay in effect after death. Only one Concoction may be active at a time.	Can be bought from Mudtooth for 500
Confidence Booster	Consumable	Reduces incoming damage by 10% and Stagger by 1. Lasts 20s.	Can be bought from Reggie for 200

Dran's Dream	Consumable	Is an important Item to obtain the Occult Vessel in order to craft Anguish Handgun.	Follow the first 8 out of 10 steps to obtain the Anguish Handgun here.
Elder Thaen Fruit	Consumable	After consuming, upon death the hero will be revived with 40% Health, and be immune to STATUS effects for 30s. Cooldown: 60m	Ward 13 from the Thaen Fruit Tree. 60 Scrap when obtained when and already having one in your possession.
Ethereal Orb	Curative	Removes OVERLOADED effect and increases SHOCK resistance by 15%. Lasts 10m.	Can be bought from Dr Norah for 100
Faerie Needle	Consumable	Increases Mod Power Regen by 10 MP per second. Lasts 30s.	Can be crafted at Nimue shopt for x1 Lumenite Crystal.
Gul Serum	Consumable	Reduces Stamina Consumption by 50%. Lasts 60s.	Can be bought from Reggie for 200 Can be bought from Bedel of The Vaunnt for 200
Huntress's Dream	Consumable	Allows to face The Huntress in a dream world and obtain the Sacred Hunt Feather.	Acquired by using Dreamcatcher on a sleeping Huntress in Briella's Garden.
Koara Pellet	Consumable	Consume to restore 10% Max Health instantly.	Can be found in Yaesha - The Withering Weald
Liquid Escape	Consumable	When consumed, the hero will be returned to the last activated checkpoint.	Can be bought from Mudtooth for 500 Scrap after beating the campaign.
Mature Thaen Fruit	Consumable	After consuming, upon death the hero will be revived with 30% Health, and be immune to STATUS effects for 30s. Cooldown: 60m	Ward 13 from the Thaen Fruit Tree 50 Scrap when already having one in your possession.
Meat Shake	Concoction	Reduces Damage by 8%.	You can get it taking Feast Master's Leftovers to Duane in Ward 13 and let him cook for 3 to 4 hours in game time.
Mud Rub	Curative	Extinguishes BURNING effect and increases FIRE resistance by 15. Lasts 10m.	Can be bought from Dr Norah for x100
Mudtooth's Elixir	Concoction	Increases Experience Gains by 15%. Lasts 60m and will stay in effect after death. Only one Concoction may be active at a time.	Can be bought from Mudtooth for 500 Scrap after beating the campaign.

Mystery Jerky	Consumable	Converts 1 Health into Grey Health per second. Lasts 60s.	Found in the Awakened King DLC: Inside a chest between elevated ring and the second dark pact bell, on a walkway between two buildings. (Once found) Can be bought from Reggie for 200
Nimue's Dream	Consumable	Allows you to craft Crescent Moon having found Anamy's Echo before.	Acquired by using Dreamcatcher on sleeping Nimue in Nimue's Retreat.
Oilskin Balm	Curative	Cures ROOT ROT Blight and increases Blight Resistance by 25%. Lasts 10m.	Can be bought from Dr Norah for 100 Can be bought from Bedel of The Vaunnt for 100
Orange Slices	Consumable	Orange Slices are a Consumable that increase Health by 5%	Can be obtained in Losomn. You can earn this Consumable by dying when facing a Boss on Apocalypse difficulty and dying multiple times. The developers have not given an exact number of deaths as of writing, and feedback from players suggests it is a random percent.
Orb of Undoing	Consumable	Resets all spent trait points.	Can be crafted at Wallace store in Ward 13. Requires: Lumenite Crystal x15
Pipe Bomb	Grenade	When thrown, explodes ina 4m radius dealing 450 damage and applying BLEEDING, which deals an additional 1,350 BLEED damage over 30s.	Can be bought from Reggie for 250
Poisoned Ambit Ember Capsule	Consumable	Use to equip the capsule which can be thrown by pressing FIRE. The capsule will detonate after 2s or upon hitting an enemy, releasing a chemical agent which dampens the psionic abilities of long-term Ambit Ember users.	Given by The Custodian after discussing Tal'Ratha with them.
Processed Koara	Consumable	Decreases Stamina Recovery delay by 75% and Stamina Regen Penalty by 50%. Lasts 60s.	Can be crafted at Dwell Store in Ward 13. Requires: Koara Pellet x1000
Purified Salve	Curative	Cures CURSE and increases Blight Resistance by 25%. Lasts 10m.	Can be bought from Dr Norah for 100
Rocket Fuel	Consumable	Increases Fire Rate by 10% and Melee Attack Speed by 15%. Lasts 20s.	Can be bought from Reggie for 200
Root Water	Concoction	Regenerates 0.75 Health per second. Lasts 60m and will stay in effect after death. Only one Concoction may be active at a time.	Can be bought from Mudtooth at the following cost: x500 Scrap
Sacred Lakewater	Concoction	Increases Grey Health Conversion by 50% and Grey Health Regen by 1 per second. Lasts 60m and will stay in effect after death. Only one Concoction may be active at a time. Sanguine Vapor	Concoction	Increases Ranged and Melee Lifesteal by 3.5% of base damage. Increases damage taken by 10%. Lasts 60m and will stay in effect after death. Only one Concoction may be active at a time.	Yaesha - Can be crafeted at Bloodmoon Altar. Required Material: Blood Moon Essence. Can be bought from Mudtooth at the following cost: x500 Scrap.
Strong Drink	Concoction	Reduces Encumbrance by 10. Lasts 60m and will stay in effect after death. Only one Concoction may be active at a time.	Can be bought from Mudtooth for 500
Timeworn Unguent	Curative	Cures SUPPRESSION Blight and increases Blight Resistance by 25%. Lasts 10m.	Can be bought from Dr Norah for 100
Tome of Knowledge	Consumable	Grants an Additional +1 Trait Point to spend.	Found as Random Drop by completing Events and defeating Bosses.
Tranquility Font	Concoction	Reduces Reticle Sway, Spread, and Gun Recoil by 35%. Lasts 60m and will stay in effect after death. Only one Concoction may be active at a time.	Can be bought from Mudtooth at the following cost: x150 Scrap.
Verdant Tea	Concoction	Increases Stamina Recovery by 20 per second and reduces Stamina Regen Penalty by 50%. Lasts 60m and will stay in effect after death. Only one Concoction may be active at a time.	Can be bought from Mudtooth for 500
Vigor Leaf	Consumable	Decreases Stamina Recovery delay by 20% and Stamina Regen Penalty by 15%. Last 60s.	__location__
Walker's Dream	Consumable	When consumed, Walker's Dream transports the player to the Twilight Vale. The Twilight Vale is the location of Bane and required to obtain the Invader Archetype.	Obtained in a hidden area in Corrupted Harbor, Root Earth near the boss arena of Venom. In order to obtain Walker's Dream, Dreamcatcher must be used on the body of a dead Root Walker in the area.
Xenoplasm	Concoction	Reduces Skill Cooldowns by 10%. Lasts 60m and will stay in effect after death. Only one Concoction may be active at a time.	Can be bought from Mudtooth at the following cost: x500 Scrap. Can be crafted at Drzyr Replicator, you will need the following Materials: x650 Scrap.

  If I'm not mistaken there may be a static drop for this, or its personal coincidence.
  It's inside a chest, in the King DLC.
  It is on the pathway where you between the checkpoint/elevated ring location and the second bell location for dark pact trait.
  on this path, there is a bride/walkway between two buildings with a chest, in order to access it, you must turn during the path, the part where you jump from windows to roofs etc., to look out a side window then jump at an angle and down to land on it.
  2 times opening this chest, both times had Mystery Jerky for me.
  Note - shop at ward 13 will sell once acquired.

  a found a new one, dried fruit, look like slice of orange or lemon
  heal 5% health instantly, way better than roots that heal you over time !!!!!

  All Seeing Eye, Huntress Dream, Nimeus Dream, Fruit of Death, All Thaen fruits.

  Mudtooth's Elixir valid after 1 play through.
  
  Tome of knowledge should not be here...It's a pick up not a consumable. You get one after every boss anyways.

  Page is missing Huntress's Dream. Get it by sneaking up behind the Huntress in Losomn while she's sleeping and attacking with Dreamcatcher. Use it to go to her dream world where you can fight another version of her and get a weapon mod.
