Remnant 2 The Eternal Empress Quest
The Eternal Empress gives the quest The Abomination.
- You can accept the quest, or you can decide to reject it. Doing so will turn the four guards against you.You must die to the guards to be sent to the prison, where you'll meet Zoheë. She will reveal that she is not the Empress, the one at the court speaking for her is. She will then give you the quest.
- Beware that, if you so choose to reject the quest at the court (thus be sent to the prison and meeting Zoheë), you will not be able to turn in the Ornate Lockbox or the Thaen Seed. You'll meet Zoheë blocking the court doors and, upon quest completion, she will give you the Zoheë's Ring.
- If you are arrested be sure to get the Royal Broadsword from the area
Remnant 2 The Eternal Empress Notes & Tips
- If gifted the Thaen Seed she will reward you with the Burden of the Rebel and make all Pan Warrior friendly.
- However, if you don't open the Ornate Lockbox that contains the above seed and give the box to her, you instead get the Red Doe Sigil
- If you finish the quest and don't give her the box or the seed she will reward you with a Seal of the Empress.
- Beware that not being cordial towards her when turning in the quest will result in no quest reward.
- if you fulfill the quest's goal before you even talk to the empress you will get no reward

I didnt cooperate, she sent her guards and i annihilated them, so no prison. Should be made clearer in the description that you have to lose to be arrested.

What if i choose to fight and killed the 4 guards...how will it affect the loot/story?

Is there a reference list for quests that you can 'fail' by dialogue? It looks like I missed her rewards because I wasn't nice, oops!

I may have missed it and I'm curious, is the actual empress the one in the back and she's just letting the assistant speak for her? Or the one speaking the empress? If so, who's the one behind her?

Actually all Pan Warriors in Red Throne are friendly as long as you talk to her and accept the quest.

You can get seal of the empress even if you give her the ornate box.

Jesus the guides are so misleading. I finished the abomination quest. Didn't have the box or the other thing, so o just talked to her. I didn't get the ring. As per the guide, I should've. Now I'm reading the replies saying I should've chosen specific diologue.....ffs....

Can gift the box or the seed after you finish the quest. Same rewards as if you give it when finish The Abomination quest. So, you can finish the quest first and receive Seal od the Emprees, and then go take/open the box and return box/seed to her and receive a second reward

She still gives you Seal of the Empress if you give her the seed before killing the abomination.
man I hate her, such arrogance. whish we could just dethrone her
