Likh is a NPC in Remnant 2. Likh was once a high priest of the Pan but is now held captive by the Root.

Once I was called Likh: Foremost of the Laemir. High Priest of the Dead.

 

Likh Location in Remnant 2

Likh can be found at the Forgotten Field after defeating the Root Nexus and killing Defiler.
