Card Jester is a NPC in Remnant 2. Card Jester can be found in the Malefic Palace in Losomn. NPCs in Remnant 2 interact with players in different ways, and depending on the player choices, may be pacific or hostile towards them, defy them or even give them rewards to allow them, or even sell them equipment or Items, acting as Merchants.

Remnant 2 Card Jester Quest
Card Jester starts the quest The Card Player. He shuffles five magic cards and throws them at the walls, creating magical doors. Players have to guess which one of the magical doors is the two-faced card shown at the beginning, before the shuffling.
If they manage to enter the correct door, players will find the Faerin Mural Piece.
If they enter a wrong door, Enemies will spawn.
Remnant 2 Card Jester Notes & Tips
- Choosing the Devil Card instead of the Mask Card will lead to an Aberration that drops the Misfortune mutator. Once the Aberration is defeated, the Devil Card no longer spawns.
- A Joker Card can, randomly, be inserted into the deck. If you follow the portal that card opens, the chest inside will contain the One-Eyed Joker Idol
- You may enter a door and immediately exit.
- Entering a door and exiting resets the cards, potentially allowing the Joker / Devil cards to be added to the available cards you can select.

While I appreciate the existence of this wiki, some of the information on this site is just plain wrong. Just because something happened in one playthrough, does NOT mean it must happen every time. My jester had the joker card in the very first shuffle, the very first time I entered his room.

Got the joker card first attempt. Doesn't seem to need 3 mask cards first.

Do not take the two faced card, it ends the minigame. The mask cards the guide is talking about are the regular one face cards

You can also be met with Firth: The Oathkeeper, and elite version of the flying Fae spearmen. This enemy will also drop the mutator, Misfortune.

Bit **** that if you're good at following the cards it punishes you for being correct the first time because you're supposed to be 'wrong' and chase other cards for actual rewards

Follow the devil - Fight a boss
Follow the joker > Gold Face get the one eyed joker idol
And Follow tge Gold Black mask fir boss
The 2 plain faces lead to Fairy fights.

picked the twofaced one thinking that was the joker card, how foolish i was
quick tip, if you lose track of the cards, go back to crystal and you can retry
