Timekeeper's Jewel does in fact double the Slow duration to 4 Seconds, up from 2. The tooltip on the mutator just doesn't reflect it but the slow absolutely lasts longer with the ring equipped as compared to not equipped. Makes sense since it doubles the duration on nearly any status effect, barring Madness and Fragmented, which is a shame.

This seems bugged atm? the slow lasts seemingly forever, not just for 2 seconds. It's even still applied when the enemy despawns for a while (like the Manticora sewer beasts) and comes back.
Not sure if some random interaction is the cause, as I'm using it on the Huntress Spear and also have the bleed ring for charged attacks. Or it got changed within a patch without updating the text?

          Bug?

Slowed enemiea do NOT take increased damage when using this mutator (or the ahanae crystal for that matter).

If it's intended this would be a mutator that increases damage for each negative status AND applies a slow effect BUT doesn't actually benefit from the applied slow in any way...

Like why??? Weapons get 15% from their respective slow mutator but this doesn't even have the decency to grant 8%. The slow lasts 2 ****ing seconds there are genuinely 0 valid reasons to not make slowness count as a stack.

I just feel cheated by this

            This is irritating to get.
Sometimes the devil card will be in the middle and if this happens it then tends to layer almost perfectly with another card meaning you then have a 50/50 chance of picking the correct one.

              NOTE

The Level 10 bonus actually reads "Charge Melee Attacks apply SLOW for 2s" rather than "Melee Attacks apply SLOW for 2s"
