Can confirm that pulse rifles include weapons like deceit. Tested it out and the firerate was much faster with it on.

Dropped from Bane in Root Earth. Use Dreamcatcher on blue light where you pick up escalation protocol to get item that lets you fight Bane.

Sequenced shot is easier to get and better...this one needs a rework for how hard it is to obtain, especially on hardcore.
