Tips to farm :
Need : Dreamcatcher / Root Earth -Twilight Vale / resetable adventure
1. Use dreamcatcher on dead Root Walker to get a Walker's Dream consumable
2. Go back to Ward 13 and reset your adventure (in easy to go faster)
3. Use the consumable and kill Bane
4. Get the 7 Corrupted Lumenite Crystal
5. Repeat the process how much time you need
The point is to kill bane and reset an adventure to be allow to fight him again with a new Walker's Dream consumable.
This allow to farm 7 crystals in a pretty short time without randomly seeking aberration...

I had 26 drop in my first 12 hours of gameplay. 0 in my last 6-7… idk, but it’s not great and a bit discouraging.
I got two off some red pig-looking thing in a sewer in Cotton's Kiln. Now, if only Dwell would have mutators that use them...

These corrupt lumenite shards is a rare drop from any elite I think, but only the root elites in Yaesha dropped it for me once, and I do remember a couple of other times in previous playthroughs where I get this dropped.
Just very very rare.

Potential farm is to look for players to join on Morrow parish and kill the Ripsaw aberration there, he drops a ton of corrupted Luminite.
Easiest. Farm. In. The. Game.
1: From the World Stone in Ward 13, reroll The Awakened King in Adventure mode and travel to the Forlorn Coast.
2: Sprint from the Forlorn Coast World Stone to the Main Path for the next area and enter it.
3: Use the World Stone in the next area to travel back to the Forlorn Coast (it does not matter what the next area is).
4: You will automatically collect 5x Corrupted Lumenite Crystals and 250-325x Scrap, depending on the difficulty you selected.
5: Repeat steps 1-4 as many times as you want (I've tested this well over 20+ times on all difficulties and it's worked every time).
Notes: DO NOT WEAR THE ZEALOT ARMOR SET. You won't trigger the preacher's transformation into an aberration that drops said items. If you're on a brand new character and it's your first time to The Forlorn Coast, you'll get 2x Corrupted Lumenite Crystals and a mutator instead of the 5x Corrupted Lumenite Crystals you'll collect on subsequent rerolls. You can use the Handler and Explorer archetypes to increase your movement speed; furthermore, you can use items like The Heart of The Wolf ring and Chilled Steam concoction to max out your movement speed (it's capped somewhere between 30%-50% but no one seems to know the exact amount). It does not matter what difficulty you select or what area loads after The Forlorn Coast. You're welcome.
