Deadly Calm is a Mutator in Remnant 2. Deadly Calm grants a buff that increases Ranged Damage by up to 10% over 3 seconds while continuously aiming. At level 10, it also increases Ranged Critical Hit Chance by 10%.

Deadly Calm is a Ranged Mutator that can be equipped on Hand Guns and Long Guns with an availale Mutator Slot.
Once Deadly Calm is equipped on a Ranged Weapon, it provides the following effect:
- Continuously Aiming increases Ranged Damage by up to 10% over 3s.

The mod damage works as intended. Keep in mind all damage modifiers are additive. So if you already have +50% ranged damage from other stuff, the +20% at level 10 will give you an effective increase of (1.5 + .2) / 1.5 = 1.133 = +13.3%.

works really well with guns that have big magazines as you dont need to reload while aiming between multiple enemies and these weapons usually require you to aim for 2-3s to kill an enemy anyways, also works well on one shot enemies like widowmaker when you go through open maps and snipe enemies before they notice you
I upgraded this to level 10 and it is buffing my ar-47 shots by 10.78%, not 20%. I tried it on several weapons and the boost i got varied from 7% (sagittarius bow) to 14% (mp60). It’s still a good boost though since i’m guessing the 10% crit works properly

Ranged crit damage at level 10 doesnt appear to work, at least on stat sheet.

hitting the dummies at ward 13, I go from 161 damage up to 170 max, how the hell is that %10? Is there some ridiculous calculation because of the phrase "up to %10"

Bugged, I get no buff from aiming for 3 sec, on several guns
Does the 10% crit bonus apply even if you switched to your other gun?
