Fires incendiary shells that apply BURNING which deals 30 FIRE damage over 3.0 seconds.

Sparkfire Shotgun is a Long Gun and one of the Weapons in Remnant 2. Sparkfire Shotgun is a long gun designed with the common Dran in mind. This weapon fires incendiary shells that apply BURNING, which deals 33 FIRE damage over 3.3 seconds. It is ideal at medium to long ranges. It is a brand new Long Gun debuting in the Remnant 2 The Awakened King DLC.

If there is one good thing to be said about the Dran—and there is indeed only one such thing—it is that they possess the artisanal skill to bring true innovation into being. What they lack, however, are any ambitions of their own. A dreadful waste, really.

How to Get Sparkfire Shotgun in Remnant 2

Sparkfire Shotgun can be obtained from:

There is a room on the bottom of the lighthouse, to open it interact with the Lighthouse Key.
Open the door to the shotgun first, on the ring's door the key will be consumed, locking you from the shotgun until you roll this area again.

Go to the left from the stairs entrance to the lighthouse

Open these door (you have to interact with Lighthouse Key in your inventory and switch it different mode)

Grab your rifle.

NOTE: If you interact with the key FIRST to get the Sparkfire Shotgun in the room below, the key isn't consumed. Then, after getting the shotgun you can interact again with the key to open the second door and get the ring. You have to do it in that order. Because the key is only consumed when you open the door of the lighthouse. This was a bug and is now currently fixed.

Remnant 2 Sparkfire Shotgun Notes & Trivia

  • This weapon was fashioned with care and precision by a master gunsmith with the common Dran in mind. From the choice of hardwood to its metal detailing and the lightweight design, each decision lends to a much-lauded balance between practicality and artistry.
  • Long Guns are the primary weapon used by the player character, they are vital to defeating Enemies and Bosses and can be crafted from items dropped by them. They can also be rewarded from events, and some are sold by Merchants.
  • This weapon fires 9 pellets in a pattern resembling the chinese character of fire, "火".
  • Updated with the release of The Forgotten Kingdom DLC. Check Patch Notes for more information. Slightly reduced fire rate from 1.4 to 1.3, and Slightly reduced Reload Speed.

Goddamn, I knew I should have looked up what the key gets you before choosing to use it on the door- now I'm stuck with this silly ring. :/

New favorite shotgun. With Alchemist/Ritualist I am able to deal 13k per shot. That’s mostly status effect damage.

        • Anonymous

In order to be able to open the bottom lighthouse door you first have to inspect the key and turn it on all sides until you can interact with it

Adding my voice to the group who think the key being consumed is bullshit. Hide something else behind that, not a mainline DLC addition. Not fun, not rewarding.

              This is actually ****ing baller.
Singlehandedly my favourite weapon in the game right now.
Use with it's intended class, the ritualist and you'll have a blast.

Its so funny that this is just Ford's Scattergun but better. In fact it's just better than every shotgun rn.

                  > Open the door to the shotgun first, on the ring's door the key will be consumed, locking you from the shotgun until you roll this area again.
WHY IS THIS BS A THING

                  • Anonymous

From all that I can seem to test with this weapon it seems the burn afflicted by this weapon doesn't trigger "Energized Neck Coil"s Status Explosion effect,I have no idea what's up with that, but it's a lil disappointing for the build I'm using it for.

This wepon is great for some one who runs condision build and wants to juse shotguns. It is nice balance betwen bulldog and coach gun shutgun. Its damage is 300 at weapon lvl 20. It is even good if you dont run condition build.

dude, wtf kind of dumb ass **** is this. Why in the world would I think to inspect the key after it didn't work. I assumed it would just open another door, which it did and consumed the key. This weapon is what I was looking forward to the most in this DLC and I just got soft locked out of it until a future run which is random. What an immense waste of my time. This just ruined this entire dlc for me.

Twisting wounds and corrosive shot vs Fetid wounds and Overflow, I wonder whats better honestly. But being apply to apply 3 status at once is really neato.

                          • Anonymous

BE careful not to use the key on the top part of the lighthouse, it will make the key disappear, first unlock the shotgun, then unlock the door to the ring!!!

                            • Anonymous

This thing is a ton of fun. Throwing on Twisted Wounds and Corrosive Rounds for a single shot to inflict three status effects at once is just hilarious

                              • Anonymous

Can you run any elemental mod on it? So if I use Corrosive shot, can I then apply Corrosive and fire with the same gun?

Since both this and the Lighthouse Keeper's Ring require the Lighthouse key, you cannot obtain both in the same run

                                  • Anonymous

You don't get this gun from Rigs, you find this by interacting with the lighthouse key and taking the left path near the derelict lighthouse. Rigs doesn't have a Buy/Sell Shop ffs.

The base duration is 3 sec. 3.3 is because you have the 10% status duration increase from the Ritualist trait.
