Sagittarius is a Long Gun and one of the Weapons in Remnant 2. Sagittarius is a legendary high-powered bow that deals high damage, particularly to weakspots. It shines in precise engagements at medium range, allowing skilled archers to unleash its formidable damage potential.
The Krell learned to fear the shafts of Carycua, shining in the night, piercing the darkness. They called her the Star Shooter. Presumably, the name is more fearsome in their tongue.

Remnant 2 Sagittarius Notes & Trivia
- The true history of this bow is unknown, but legend claims it once belonged to Carycua, hero of the war with the Krell. Regardless of its origins, this bow is a truly powerful weapon in skilled hands.
- Long Guns are the primary weapon used by the player character, they are vital to defeating Enemies and Bosses and can be crafted from items dropped by them. They can also be rewarded from events, and some are sold by Merchants.
- Updated with the release of The Forgotten Kingdom DLC. Check Patch Notes for more information. MOD: Refactored to allow Stars to “pulse” damage in the entire AOE

For anyone else who was confused like me: the guide's reference to "triangle" being southwest refers to the triangle shape that is attached to the bracket with the two circles across from each other, not the triangle/arrowhead shape that rotates with the rest. Those particular two circles need to be in only one position - with the triangle shape to the left of the arrowhead/southwestern corner. The triangle/arrowhead shape itself will end up pointing south.

The weapon is OP as ****. Every mob is a one-shot, except stronger mobs which are maybe 2-3 shots. Bosses die rly fast if the weakspot is available lol. Cant understand the whining in other comments.

"Mom, can we have Lion Greatbow?"
"We have Lion Greatbow at home."

Great side-grade to the Crescent Moon. The Sagittarius is very consistant with the damage, weakspots, and crits. It is just too bad that Starfall is hot garbage against anything smaller or more mobile than Mother Mind. If you just want to shoot a bow and kill a thing, no mods required, here is your bow. If you want a bow, but also want mod versatility, the Royal Hunting Bow is your bow. If you want insane burst DPS, the Crescent Moon is your bow. I prefer Sagittarius when generally exploring, and the Crescent Moon when fighting a boss. I think they did a good job balancing the two.

Damage with this weapons is really, really good, it's pretty accurate as well, shame the weapon mod is pretty bad.

The damage is very high, and the weak point damage can be 800-1000 higher than that of Hunting Bow. However, the modification is really weak, and the damage is low and it is hard to hit.

Wow, the reticle for aiming this weapon's mod looks really bad. Like someone took a sharpie to my screen.
>Got a game
>Played for several hours till game file corruption
>Decided to start new game (did not knew about backup)
>New place - damn, need to learn some stuff on it's own
>Found Cathedral by accident
>Decided to pull lever on base of 1/3 of the riddle
>After 4-5 moves, something emerged from the center
>Oh, a new weapon. Bow.
>We have wood, so I can act as Legolas now. Guess I got a meme
>Tested weapon Result: Damn. It's good.
That's how I got a weapon that lasted with me till the very end of the game. Mod may suck, but damage is more than great. 10/10, would stumble on happy accidents again.

Best bow in the game. Don't be put off by the average mod, the sheer damage the normal shots and crits dish out more than make up for it.

Care with this one, I looted it in my friend game, and now its not there, didnt check if it depsawned immediately, or even if I rested or not. All I know is its possible there is some series of BS that can make it disappear

If you're running explosion/burn the mod for this procs detonation trigger and other explosion bonuses.

all I can say at +7 can do do 3k damage crits on boss weak spots and I definitely don't have the most optimal build for it.
If enemy has weakspot thats easy to target it's devastating, otherwise it will take a lot of skill to take full advantage of it.

The festival is nigh! General Radahn, mightiest demigod of the Shattering, awaits you! A celebration of war! The Radahn Festival!

well, the skill seems to be bugged, enemies just don't get hit by the stars even when they explode right next to them

Genuinely have a hard time using any other long gun but this one, regardless of build. Gunslinger and Hunter ? It because even more amazing with those two. Doing melee ? Even without the many pluses of gunslinger or hunter it's still a fantastic burst damage weapon to have when dealing with enemies you cannot reach. Summoner ? Same again, just great to use even when not having the most optimal set up for it.

The directions are wrong at the first step. The arrow has to be facing South where you came in and where the first lever is. Its one turn off.

At a certain angle while inspecting there's an interact point, pulls up quest items to slot in.

Wow, this bow is incredibly fun to use. The permanently slotted mod is average at best, but the weakspot/crit damage as a level 10 hunter just obliterates elite enemies.
Pair it with a crowd control sidearm like the Enigma and you'll be unstoppable.

it has a charge attack that deals more dmg until fully drawn, however! it also has a "perfect shot" for even more dmg if you time it correctly as the charge circle hits the reticle
at +15 this is the difference on training dummies
uncharged: 582
max charge: 814
perfect draw:989
it will also make a "pling" noise when you land a perfect draw, and the draw circle will flare up

To get the bow it is located in the Cathedral of Omens.
Step 1: When entering the room move Triangle Section to face South West from where you entered.
Step 2: Place all 4 Circles to the opposite of the Triangle Section.
Step 3: Put the Doe, Harbinger, Life, and Sun in the Circles
I'm sorry I don't know how to describe it better.
The page is wrong. "It is a brand new Long Gun debuting in the Remnant 2 The Awakened King DLC"
This is false information. Why? Because it existed before the DLC. I HAVE this gun. It's in Yaesha. It's not DLC. This is misinformation.
