Remnant 2 Corrupted Aphelion Notes & Trivia
- To be at a planet's aphelion is to be furthest from its sun, as far from its guardian star's warmth and light as it is possible to be. That embrace of darkness is infused into the very core of this weapon.
- Long Guns are the primary weapon used by the player character, they are vital to defeating Enemies and Bosses and can be crafted from items dropped by them. They can also be rewarded from events, and some are sold by Merchants.

Interestingly enough, the micronovas when struck by the primary fire damage the environment. So even if you don't hit any targets with it, it still generates mod power. The regular aphelion does not. A little bonus.

I've noticed the micronovas don't stagger elites at all unless you fire multiple shots at them, unlike normal Aphelion's nova.

So does its micronovas actually count as "explosive damage" or not?
It should be noted somewhere that the primary fire is actually a burst of three laser-arcs, up from the original's single arc.
