Starkiller is a Long Gun and one of the Weapons in Remnant 2. Starkiller is a high-velocity alien rifle, a formidable long gun with a 2.5x magnification scope. Its primary fire deals significant damage, making it ideal for long-range combat. The Gravity Core mod fires a compressed sphere that draws in objects and deals damage on impact. Upon colliding with a target, a large Gravity Well opens, pulling in objects for 5 seconds.
If Rhom has one legacy, that’d be the stunning misuse of power. In a world where the few survivors struggled to endure unlivable conditions and their own brutal mutations, somewhere in the shadows this twisted science project of death was also created. Damn them all”
How to Get Starkiller in Remnant 2

Remnant 2 Starkiller Notes & Trivia
- A sleek and highly advanced long gun that was clearly designed for cold. Merciless destruction. It must have been a twisted circumstance that propelled its creator to misappropriate the force of gravity in such a risky manner.
- This explosion from this mod works with the detonation trigger.
- Shots from this weapon penetrate enemies without damage loss.
- You can generate mod power while the Gravity Well is active. The piercing bullets make shooting at the trapped enemies an efficient way to do it.
- Updated with the release of The Forgotten Kingdom DLC. Check Patch Notes for more information.
- Reduced Horizontal Recoil
- Reduced Vertical Recoil
- Adjusted Reticle to better represent actual accuracy
- Greatly Reduced Spread while Stationary
- Significantly Increased Spread while Moving
- Greatly Reduced Vertical Recoil when Scoped
- MOD: Drastically Increased Fire Speed
- MOD: Reduced Buildup time from 5s to 4s
- MOD: Increased Damage from 250/200 to 375/250

The weapon mod sucks, because it hardly sucks instead of sucks hard.

The famous highly desired remnant from ashes gun, Showoff, Badass shoot it and watch the 10 second show as it creeped along shly overThe surface to catch and sucked and sucked in fiends and root untill it popped and out showered Red rockets of massive damage. Very impressive show,

Decent gun with Fetid Wounds Mutator on a tank build. I just stand in the black hole, drawing all the mobs to me and tank the explosion no problem because it does all of the damage of a normal shot anyway lol. Absolutely pitiful mod damage for the huge cost, and even the pull effect is barely existent. Gun isn't even terribly strong on its own either, the piercing property is nice tho. All in all, is this really what they intended for this gun after the glory days of Remnant 1 Particle Accelerator?
Three major points that make this a bad gun
-Mod damage is weak than it should be for the cost
-Bullet actually have spread making subsequent shot miss target often. The otjer two sniper rifle don't have this problem.
-Unique Scope is hard to look. It is cool but inefficient/

I hate how I feel like I NEED to pair this with firestorm just so that mobs/bosses don't literally walk out of the MASSIVE BLACK HOLE!
- Anonymous
For an endgame unlockable, the black hole is so laughably weak compared to usual Fire Storm.
- Anonymous
OMG Gunfire boost this wepon mod gravity pull, enemies literally walking out of black hole like nothing
- Anonymous
Pitifully weak endgame unlock. The mod’s one of the worst in the entire game. Only saving graces are the reload speed and projectile penetration.

A pitiful reward for beating the game on a setting the game itself summarizes with two words: good luck.
Mid stats, and a pathetic reserves amount makes this a gun not worth getting other than flexing on noobs.
Why are rewards tied to apocalypse and not veteran?
- Anonymous
Out of curiosity, has anyone tested this on a mod build to see if you can fire multiple gravity wells?
- Anonymous
The damage of the mod is pretty good but the pull needs a bit of a buff so enemies dont just walk out of it

Hey, they seemingly shadow changed the quote for the gun. Now it reads:
"If Rhom has one legacy, that'd be the stunning misuse of power. In a world where the few survivors struggled to endure unlivable conditions and their own brutal mutations, somewhere in the shadows this twisted science project of death was also created. Damn them all"

I did switch between modes and joining other people’s world when I took break from my Apo run, and some people even joined my run (they didn’t help, just left after I told them to leave), beat final boss online and I got Starkiller. It’s probably the bug at the most for other people that are experiencing no rewards. I wanted to validate that bug by sharing my experience.

I've tested both co-op and adventure mode extensively and it doesn't seem to matter if you do adventure mode or play online so long as you are completely offline(session started offline) for the final boss.
The game seems to kick party members after the credits and if online kicks you as well just before you get campaign clear credit a second earlier then it should.
My guess is this is so people joining your game don't get credit for beating the campaign but still get credit for the boss(so you can't just join and get full apocalypse rewards) but it could just be a bug all around.
I'm now three for three difficulty rewards if offline just for the final boss.

I just solo beat the final boss in the campaign mod. But I don't find this weapon in NPCs. I am 100% sure I don't join any adventure world before this run end.
I even recorded the final fight for my own. I was so happy when I beat it, thought I can get the secret items finally.
Plz fix the bug or add more detail about how to get this weapon correctly ; ^ ;

I'm posting this in every 'beat the campaign to unlock' item:
For those that didn't unlock it after beating the final boss. It SEEMS to be something to do with swapping game modes, I beat the campaign once after the patch and it still didn't unlock, but then I saw someone say something about beating it without ever going to adventure mode and decided to try. Guess what, now the vendors are selling the new stuff.
I'm not sure about doing coop or joining others, didn't test that. But if you're playing solo try to beat it all in one go, don't even load the adventure mode.

The flavor text for this weapon has changed: now its not tied to N'erud anymore (which was weird wince the gun is made of wood unlike anything on N'erud), but instead the gun id from Rhom

I've heard of players not getting their rewards from completing apoc, I'm at the dragon in apoc, and I'm scared to start the fight bc I don't want to miss out on my damn loot. Have they fixed it yet?
- Anonymous
Did everything solo, didn't get the guns in Barbas' shop. Fix the game, I've had to do this for three days for nothing.

The pull strength of Gravity Core is miserable and needs a huge buff.

Why is it that some of the Apololypse weapons appear in another characters shop and not all the weapons? Made another character and the Starkiller is not in the Shop. Do you need to beat Apololypse on each character?
- Anonymous
can you reroll campaign on apocalypse with a old character to get this weapon or does it have to be a brand new character
- Anonymous
Cool returning weapon, but as one of the comments suggested many will just try and cheat it out

have a hc apo clear but only got smaug/savior and sporebloom.

I unlocked it by completing a softcore apocalypse run along with worlds edge.

Ah sweet my favourite wea- oh the requirements...
Nobody who has this ingame is going to be getting it legit lmao.

Me seeing it in the list of weapons: MY BELOVED
Me seeing the requirement to unlock it: FML
I like it. Reminds me of Sagittarius. Fun to play with, reload is almost instant, looks cool.
