Ethereal Manor Event is an Event in Remnant 2. Ethereal Manor Event is an exclusive event added to Losomn in The Awakened King DLC. Events are situations where a player can obtain special Items like Weapons or Consumables for solving a puzzle or finding a secret area. These events may or may not appear during your play through, requiring a restart or an adventure mode play for a chance of getting them. All Events are bound to their corresponding Locations.
Remnant 2 Ethereal Manor Event Walkthrough
When traversing the Burning Streets, players may find a manor that, unlike the ruins around it, has not been burned.
Inside they will find several doors, two on the bottom floor and three upstairs. They are locked, but a small window allows players to look through them. Also upstairs is a Dran, slouched near a table. Once a player gets close, he will grab them, starting the event.
The players will find themselves in a dreamscape of the manor, with the gates closed. All the doors inside are now interactible, allowing players to choose one but fully locking all others.
Behind most doors, players will find the Dran, who will again grab them and send them back to the start. However, one door hides a quest item instead, the Strange Talisman. Collecting it will also send the players back to the start, but the item remains in their inventory. The players must find the quest item again, now behind a different door. Getting grabbed by the Dran however means losing the item and having to start over.
You have to complete this process 4 times. The first time you obtain the Strange Talisman, then it changes to the Bloody Talisman, the third time it becomes even bloodier if you inspect it.
The fourth time you will reward the Death-Soaked Idol, and the event will end.
Alternatively, using Liquid Escape or fruit of death (tried on Hardcore the 23 December 2023, version 400313) while within the ethereal manor will transport you to the Consecrated Throne, rewarding Crimson Dreamstone instead.

- The second door on the bottom floor has another door inside, giving access to a chest in the basement.
- Returning to the manor after completing the event will spawn two Zealous Dran Hunters and a Lesser Sunken Witch inside.
AnonymousYou can easily spot which room has the amulet. Before you open the door look through the window in the door. If you see a bright red light indicating there is an object there. That is the correct door. I tried this and it saved me time.

Can use explorer to find the amulet.
Btw if you liquid escape at the end of the event, be sure to quickly get the Crimson Dreamstone on the throne, or otherwise you'll be quickly teleported out. I missed the ring because I was afk after liquid escape :(

after I did the long scavenger hunt, I talked to Mudtooth and he talked about meeting the Dran guy too. Mudtooth says he has something to give you but I never got any items after that interaction.

Hi all.
I just went through all the steps to acquire the Crimson Dreamstone.
I had the small checkpoint next to the mansion because it was close to the boss encounter, so I went there to be able to get back faster. Then I arrived at the manion, get yelled at by the man sitting somewhere and used the Luiquid Escape after waking up in the nightmare version again.
Using it spawned me at the throne to pick up the ring. Fine. I used the checkpoint to return to Ward 13 and this is where everything went down the drain..
I interacted with the map and the checkpoint outside of the mansion, right before the boss encounter, was shown on the map as the last CP I interacted with. So I clicked it, even though the last CP I interacted with was the one at the throne.
What did it do? Well, it crashed my game and instantly brought up the message that my save data was corrupted. I effectively lost 20h+ out of my 80h of gameplay and everything collected in that timeframe.
TL;DR:
DO NOT try to spawn back to the last CP you interacted with when you went for the Crimson Dreamstone ring. It'll crash your game on Ps5 and corrupt your save data, deleting progress.

I just attempted to get both the ring and the amulet in the same instance.
I liquid escaped immediately as I picked up the amulet resulting in me being briefly respawned in the consecrated throne but then the screen faded
to black and I was respawned at the last worldstone checkpoint I rested at before entering the Ethereal Manor.
Upon traveling back to Ward 13, the dran was at the fire-pit/barrel in Ward 13 and I interacted with him and the interaction worked.
It seems to me at least that you don't have to teleport from the Consecrated Throne but simply having been in there is enough?
Maybe you just have to complete the Ethereal manor event in either way for it to work?

Saw someone else here say it so i tested it: using liquid escape the moment you pick up the blood soaked idol allows you to get the crimson dreamstone as well

Same thing happened to us, the second time we encountered the Ethereal Manor he grabbed us and we remained frozen, only alt-f4 worked, one time I managed to get my friend unstuck was by shooting him, getting his health depleted and trowing a pipe bomb at him, after that he grabbed me and I remained frozen again.

We had this guy in 2 of our zones in the first playtroug of the DLC, the sekund time we ran into us he grabed a player and then time froze, nothing happent the player can look around but thats all, had to ALT + F4 every time we got grabbed by him. We belive its a bug tho

I killed myself with the meridian within the ethereal mansion and got teleported to a different area. That area had a ring for me to pick up

Does using liquid escape result in any different rewards? I read on Reddit that there's an alternative solution as opposed to obtaining the amulets
