Fruit of Death is a Consumable Item in Remnant 2.
The Krell king came requesting a boon--not the Fruit of Life, as all assumed he desired, but a twisted gourd from the roots of the Thaen. None know what became of the king whence he left, but the Thaen died that day.
Remnant 2 Use and Effects of Fruit of Death
Fruit of Death causes the following effect when consumed:
Eating the fruit causes the player to instantly die.
Eating the fruit 3 times will grant the player the Lifeless Heart.
How to Get Fruit of Death in Remnant 2
Fruit of Death can be obtained in the following locations:
Equip Ravager's Mark and go to the statue directly on the left at the beginning of the area.

- You can use the Black cat band to "Cheese" this mechanic of dying. You can eat the fruit once every 2 minutes and it will leave you at 1 health as long as you have it equipped.

AnonymousJust use Challenger and black cat ring for an easy dinner. Go doit at a checkpoint, after you eat it 2 times, use the stone and challenger resets for the last snack.

To duplicate the Fruit:
Challengers prime perk ready-> Eat the fruit (you'r not dead)-> Drink Liquide Escape-> Touch the Stone, you have the Fruit again-> Repeat the process.
I suppose its work with the Dog Perk or Black Cat ring to, but worked this way for me 2h ago, in campaign. I beat only one time the Ravager to get the Ravager's mark and the fruit.

Idk who needs to know this, but a bitten fruit of death is considered a different item than fresh one. So you can’t pick one up if you already have one, but you can pick one up if you bit the one you had. Yes, I have 3 in my inventory: fresh, 1 bite, and 2 bites. I use them for my juggling act.

This is actually an extremely useful item I wish I could keep it permanently for quick fast travel out of cleared areas.

Eat the Fruit of Death 3 times, each time will take a bite until it breaks and gives you the Lifeless Heart.
Eating it on hardcore mode will kill you for real, sounds obvious, but, might as well say it.
