Drzyr laborers--Ofildi they are called--were fed this compound to make them more focused and efficient. Perhaps unsurprisingly, it turned out to be highly addictive.

Xenoplasm is a Consumable Item in Remnant 2. Xenoplasm is a potent concoction that offers a significant benefit to its user by reducing skill cooldowns by 10%. When ingested, its effect lasts for a substantial duration of 60 minutes, even persisting after death. However, it's essential to note that only one Concoction may be active at a time

Although the Xul designed and oversaw construction of N'Erud, the Ofildi are the true backbone of the Drzyr. Everything around us was crafted by their hands. Even the chamber that spared me the singularity's wrath was built by Ofildi, thoughnone chose to join me in it themselves.

It’s still bugged in Patch Version: 384.210, increasing the cooldown instead of reducing it. This bug happened to me when I had about 20 minutes left of the cooldown, closed the game, and returned. If you drink another concoction to cancel it, and then drink another xenoplasm, the effect works as intended.

For anyone wondering: consumables unlock WILL NOT show in npc stores UNTIL you drop it yourself, so spam ne'ru chests until you get it once then you can buy as many as you want.

Does anybody know how to get this to spawn? I have been to Mudtooth and the Dryzr Replicator several times and it doesn't seem to spawn

I found this item in a hidden chest near the Dark Conduit dungeon, above the entire facility where pipes are holding the central silo up, to the side of one of the pipes is a row of platforms you can jump down and after some parkour you will reach a hidden chest (that had Xenoplasm in it for me) (explorer skill can help you see it through the walls)

Randomly found in BIG chest (like chest after campaign bosses) in N'Erud - Big chest randomly drop 1 Concoction

Despite finishing the game, I never saw this appear in both locations mentioned here.
What are the requirements to unlock it?
