I was skeptical at first about this so-called stamina-boosting tea, but I must admit, it's become a part of my daily routine. All I know is that a cup of it makes for a refreshing pick-me-up, any time of day.

Verdant Tea causes the following effect when consumed:

What is "stamina regen penalty"? Stamina Regen is viewable in character stats, and is not affected by armor weight.
This is actually superior to the movement speed concoction (kinda) since it allows you to sprint more on top of the ability to dodge spam. Movement speed also seems to have a confusing upper limit. so the ability to sprint more often without actually being affected by that limit can be good.
