Poisoned Ambit Ember CapsuleConsumable |

The Custodian said this would weaken Tal'Ratha. It looks no different from the ember found elsewhere in this strange place, which is, of course, the point. |

Poisoned Ambit Ember Capsule is a Consumable Item in Remnant 2. Poisoned Ambit Ember Capsule is an ember, indistinguishable from others in this realm as intentional camouflage. The Custodian's warning of its effect on Tal'Ratha remains. Detonates after 2s or upon hitting an enemy. Releases a chemical agent that dampens psionic abilities of long-term Ambit Ember users.
The Custodian was designed as a caretaker, a created mind to handle billions of tasks we could not, or did not wish to, handle ourselves. Without the Custodian, N'Erud could no longer function. Yet without oversight, the Custodian's functioning comes into question as well.

When he passes out can you use the dream catcher on him, and steal his dream?

If you hit his mouth directly he will pass out for about 5 seconds. Afterwords he will get up and he will no longer do the psionic ball attack. This attack can be hard to dodge and is an instant ko on higher difficulties so this helps a lot with the fight. You can farm adventure mode by just running straight to collector after spawning forgotten prison to get them if you run out on your campaign. You can then pick up the purple item below the collector tower for a quick 750 scrap as well.

Think it might be bugged since whenever I throw it, it detonates in my hand and doesn't travel.

The one that appears after inhaling is a positive state, and the player also has it. Capsule is more like suppressing that state

Best way to make use of it is to get up close to his mouth and throw this dead center while he's doing his vomit attack, for the rest of the fight it makes him slower and sluggish.
The Custodian specifically mentioned getting Tal'Ratha to 'eat' the poison, I tried hitting him in the mouth during his charge attacks but had no results. Maybe it has to specifically be during the "inhale" attack he does in the physical fight, but I fought him metaphysically.
Oh well, something to try next time.

Does anyone know how this works? Keep hitting Tal with it, and nothing seems to happen.
Is this thing effective in both of his forms?
