The Flames Event is an Event in Remnant 2. The Flames Event is an event that has you aligning all flames on the wall in the same color. Events are situations where a player can obtain special Items like Weapons or Consumables for solving a puzzle or finding a secret area. These events may or may not appear during your play through, requiring a restart or an adventure mode play for a chance of getting them. All Events are bound to their corresponding Locations.
Remnant 2 The Flames Event Walkthrough
In any Fae Palace location, players may come across an L-Intersection guarded by two Fae Soldiers, with a room branching off. Entering leads to a large and tall room, patrolled by a Heavy Fae and a Fae Pyromancer, as well as additional Fae Soldiers in the rafters.
After dispatching the enemies, players may soon notice that the wall is lined by large torches in the shape of chesspieces, five on each side. The colors of the flames alternate between white and blue.
Shooting any torch changes the color of it's own flame and also those of its neighbours, from white to blue, or blue to white.
When all flames in the room are switched to the same color, the door at the end of the room will open. Enter there, and at the top of the stairs, players will find a ring called Black Pawn Stamp if they have lit all the blue flames, or White Pawn Stamp if they have lit all the white flames.
- Note that once you have lit all the flames in one of the two colors available, and the door opens, you won't be able to change it back to the other one.

great source of lumenite. always 3 elites in the room after opening the door and a 4th usually spawns.

Just got this event in Adventure mode, completed it with blue flames for the black pawn stamp ring, but when I went through the now open door up to the right were the "shrine" is that i'm assuming the ring is supposed to be, there is nothing on it. the room is just empty.

I encounter this event in The Great Hall, guess it can show up in most of the Courtyard dungeons.

has anyone found a good way to farm for this tile? i keep doing the palace courtyard and just looking for the one or two fae side areas but it feels ineffective cuz half the time it's the tic tac toe parlor which doesn;t seem to be anything but the parlor inside.

I discovered this puzzle room in the Council Chamber while playing in adventure mode.
I also checked if it was present in the campaign version, but it wasn’t there on mine.
This is so easy even a toddler can do it. I can't believe so many people think this is difficult and feel the need to post their solution in number. It's way easier to just say all blue or all white as the wiki says. People don't come here for any other reason than to see what rewards/combinations are left.
