Have anyone tries to do multiplayer and kill partners with the glowing? Maybe It has Another reward

There is a secret area in this section as well that rewards another ring. While exploring, there was an iron pick up near one of the half crescent sewer grates at the bottom of the walls -- when I picked it up, one of those big furry monsters reached out and insta-killed me in a cutscene. Thought it was a cheap death, but it revived me on top of a bone pile in the creature's lair and when I killed it, it dropped the extra ring.

I was completely taken aback by this Wisp. The sound, the weird visual effects. I had no idea what was going on. Next thing you know, I'm being pushed back by enemies and I get "Mission Successful!" Like okay. At least the Wisp is gone and the visual effects are gone. Cool amulet bro.
I wanted to try in multiplayer and not kill anybody and see if it gives me another reward. Since it’s supposed to make you kill. I failed trying it at first another persons game bc I got downed and it left me smh
