Navigation Room is an Event in Remnant 2. Navigation Room is the ship control area, with a seat for the pilot and their controls. Events are situations where a player can obtain special Items like Weapons or Consumables for solving a puzzle or finding a secret area. These events may or may not appear during your play through, requiring a restart or an adventure mode play for a chance of getting them. All Events are bound to their corresponding Locations.
Remnant 2 Navigation Room Walkthrough
The Navigation Room can be easily recognized as there's a seat for the pilot and many navigation controls in front of it, an audio Record, and door that can only be opened with face recognition.
In front of the controls, there's a Hardcore Metal Band on the ground that you can collect.
Everytime you walk in front of the door, the face recognition will fail. You must wear the Navigator's Helm, which is obtained by killing an specific N'Erud Zombie that is wearing the Helm. This zombie can be found underneath one of the pylons of the extractor in a hidden area. Crouch and walk under the pylon quickly before it slams down on you.
Put on the Navigator's Helm and run the face recognition, a different sound will let you know that the recognition was successfull and the door opens. Inside there's a Plasma Cutter.

- N'Erud (possibly near the Titan's Reach checkpoint in either Eon Vault or Timeless Horizon)

Bugged spawn in both my AND my buddy's worlds. This game already has enough grinding without bugs screwing me out of getting guns, Gunfire.

Plasma cutter did not spawn in the damn navigator room when i unlocked it. so dissappointed. was playing on adventure mode.

Can confirm 100% that this spawns on the forgotten prison storyline, as well as well as the navigator helmet, but only one available per world roll.

For anyone having trouble finding this place, look for a big spaceship wreckage in either the timeless horizon or eon vault. There should always be a worldstone checkpoint crystal nearby. The entrance to the ship does eventually require crouching, so look around it, should be close by to the checkpoint.

This event will not spawn if you got the pump factory event (pilot helmet). But even if you didnt got it, would be good to make a run to the temple that is neart the factory to get a Simulacrum shard

This event spawns in Timeless horizon (Second N'eurd overworld). Should be noted you'll need the helmet(navigator helmet) from the ground pounder event to open the objective area. (This event also spawns in timeless horizon)

I have both tile sets for this world (was looking for engineer archetype) and haven’t seen the ship in my game or anyone else’s. Or maybe I was in it and didn’t know it? A random helped me find the helm but what does the ship look like and where’s this bad boy at?!

The ship was next to a worldstone called 'Titan's Reach' for me. For whatever reason there were no items inside the ship or behind the door though :(

don't think the zombie is found by luck, found it consistently below the big thumbers (the one with a crack under it) that make a big sound.
Not bad, not bad at all... but it's a damn empty room! =\
