Head Doctor and the Iron Safe is an Event in Remnant 2. Head Doctor and the Iron Safe requires players to find 3 Stone-Carved Dolls and give them to the Head Doctor who is located in a cell on the lowest level of the Asylum. She will then sing a lullaby that contains the code for the safe in the Head Doctor's office on the main floor.
Events are situations where a player can obtain special Items like Weapons or Consumables for solving a puzzle or finding a secret area. These events may or may not appear during your play through, requiring a restart or an adventure mode play for a chance of getting them. All Events are bound to their corresponding Locations.
Remnant 2 Head Doctor and the Iron Safe Walkthrough
The Head Doctor
While exploring the underground of the Asylum, you will come upon a locked door which you can interact with. You will learn that the head doctor has been trapped inside by her own staff. She asks you to retrieve her small statues. There are three Stone-Carved-Dolls in total.
- The first Stone-Carved Doll can be found on the ground floor in the room at the end of the hall, across from the head doctor's office.
- The second doll can be found outside in the Asylum's courtyard, near the shed where players fight Ripsaw.
- The third doll can be found on the third floor, in one of the rooms. Players need to have the Asylum Third Floor Key which can be found inside the aforementioned shed where Ripsaw emerged out of.
Return to the Head Doctor and give her the dolls. She will sing a lullaby that gives you the code for the safe in the office on the ground floor. 2971 is the code you can figure out from the song.
Head back up top to the aforementioned office and insert the code 2971 to open the safe. There you will find the Double Barrel Hand Gun.

The Head Doctor IS The Nightweaver. That's my theory. Especially since she lets out that ghostly shriek right when you open the door.

Why the hell does she just disappear after you open the door? & How come the wiki has basically no lore on either the locations or characters

I hope some can put down the song she reads and alittle lore out of all the characters in the game idk why but the head doctors seems to be the most sad in my opinion and I wish she has a better end
When I encounter the Head Doctor I felt compassion towards her. Felt bad opening her cell. Plus the song she sing is so comforting even if some find it a odd song.
