This weapon deals additional damage to suffering targets. It is a brand new Melee Weapon debuting in the Remnant 2 The Awakened King DLC
Dran ritualists are zealots to the core, dedicated wholeheartedly to those arcane arts that require an especially honed tolerance for depravity and the stench of death. Though the power and resources their acts garner is tempting, there are more comfortable and less pungent ways to make a living.

Remnant 2 Ritualist Scythe Notes & Trivia
- The foreboding make of this scythe is like an unspoken promise to leave nothing but death, suffering, and destruction in its wake. The blade is stained a rusty red, and grasping the bones that comprise the staff sends a shiver of dread down your spine.
- Melee Weapons are up-close and personal Weapons, and can be upgraded as well as bought from Merchants or found throughout the world of Remnant 2.

As of writing, the Steel Scythe that you can just buy from Brabus is objectively better.

Equiped the scythe. Tried out the Heavy: Does a multi-hit spin attack
Me, Veteran of Remnant 1: "Oh Riven! My Beloved!"
If it wasn't for World's Edge being OP as a melee weapon, I'd consider donning back on my spiritual successor of Riven and go Lifesteal for multi-hit proc

Has an exceelant move set. Light attacks ussually strike at heads for weakpoint damage and strong attacks are multihits great for trigging on hit effects like criticals.

Beat both alters, inspected hilt, interact and when I use scythe blade it tells me it does nothing. rip

i was ablet to upgrade this to lvl 20 this morning. was pretty sure it maxed at 10 yesterday.... wtf?
After a bit of testing, seems it isn't just a 10% damage increase if the target is suffering from a status. It's actually stackable with MULTIPLE statuses. More statuses, more boost. In my testing, it seems even Madness, Stasis, Slow, etc. will also count a stack. I didn't do thorough testing, but I see reason to use this over Steel Scythe now.
