Venomspine is a Boss in Remnant 2. Venomspine is an Aberration of the Armored Root Terror. Bosses are the ultimate Enemies as they present a more challenging battle than Enemies or "Elite" Enemies, they are usually found guarding special locations or items, and some of them are important to the Lore and main Story of the game.

- Venomspine is an Aberration that will randomly appear during enemy ambushes.
- As an Aberration its behavior is mostly identical to that of the Armored Root Terror, but has significantly increased health.
- Has a number of random Suffixes depending on the difficulty. (2/2/3/4 from Survivor to Apocalypse.)
- Can appear with Aberration Suffixes, potentially giving it a new special ability.
- Can appear with the Yaesha exclusive Suffixes Enchanter and Root Grab.

- Yaesha - randomly spawns during enemy ambushes instead of an Elite Enemy.
