The Council is a Boss in Remnant 2. The Council is an Optional Boss, that players may take on if they fail or don't want to take on their own event. Bosses are the ultimate Enemies as they present a more challenging battle than Enemies or "Elite" Enemies. They are usually found guarding special locations or items, and some of them are important to the Lore and main Story of the game.

Remnant 2 The Council Strategy Writeup

If you decide to face The Council in a fight, you will notice that their patterns and attacks are pretty similar to the Elite Teleport Fae's. So they can fight at a distance, by using the sword beams or decide to teleport near you to deal melee damage with their massive sword.

The major difficulty here, is that there are three of them at the same time. They don't have special abilities that differentiate them between themselves. Because of this, you can decide to focus on any of them, to bring down as fast as possible. This allows you to focus on the next one as soon as one is down.

You should be ready to dodge and may have to play on the defensive end, specially at the beginning of the fight, to avoid receiving a considerate amount of damage or even being crowded by them. Separating is the best option.

Don't get greedy when attacking. They can teleport around the area or near you incredibly fast. This may lead to you being interrupted by another member if you get too greedy with your attacks.

One of the easiest fights in the game. A shame. They need to be cooler. I wish they made these three tougher and give them all unique movesets including the Red Prince, not give them the same damn moves.
By the way if you want to craft Assassin's Dagger, fight them first (you get to keep the dagger), then go craft Assassin's Dagger; you can get Fae Signet and Assassin's Blade in one run then Ornate Blade in a second run. So you don't need to do it three times.
