Loath The Weak is an exclusive Weapon Mod for the Anguish and cannot be unequipped or found elsewhere. It is a brand new Weapon Mod debuting in the Remnant 2 The Awakened King DLC.

From what I can see the mod can't trigger momentum but the normal shots can, occasionally even jumping from 0 stacks all the way to ten stacks in one shot.
