      Interestingly, mod duration and status duration modfiers will both stack to increase the duration of this mod. With Affliction, Laemir Censer, Timekeeper's Jewel, Zohee's Ring and Mythic Mod Duration, I can reach 50.4 seconds of duration.

        Boy, this sure doesn't sound like it's worth the effort of completing the quest. I've noticed this is a recurring problem with Remnant II compared to its predecessor: too many challenging quests only reward you with a material for a crappy mod or a ring or necklace or occasionally another relic heart, where in From The Ashes you'd frequently get a unique weapon or armour set.

          Currently just a worse version of Stasis Beam. It's nice that it can fully freeze multiple enemies at once unlike Stasis Beam, but to be honest, the full freeze effect is most useful against Elites - which you usually face one at a time anyway, maybe two if it's a named Elite.

          And this Mod's version of the freeze causes it to break upon dealing damage. Stasis Beam, on the other hand, does not break if you deal damage. So once an elite is frozen you can just hammer into them until they're dead. Plus it's cheaper.

          If you want to crowd control with a slow, use Song of Eafir. When I say it's just a straight upgrade to Time Lapse, I mean it:

          * It costs the same as Time Lapse
          * It has a wider radius
          * It lingers for longer
          * It deal damage to flying mobs and staggers ground mobs
          * AND it decreases the damage they deal
