Sapphire Dreamstone is a Ring and accessory in Remnant 2. Sapphire Dreamstone is a ring that improves your combat efficiency by reducing skill cooldowns by 4% for each critical hit within a 2 second window.
The One True King appointed a personal scribe to record his greatest deeds and most idle musings. The position was never permitted to leave the king's side-and thereby belonged to the Fae the king trusted the least.
Sapphire Dreamstone Effect in Remnant 2
Sapphire Dreamstone provides the following effect:
- Critical Hits reduce Skill Cooldowns by 4%. Can only happen once every 2s.
Remnant 2 Sapphire Dreamstone Location
Sapphire Dreamstone can be found at the following locations:
- Can be found in a room at the end of The Executioner Event.
- When you arrive at the room with ashen corpses standing on altars and paintings on the wall, you will have to attack a portrait that is close to the ground to reveal a hidden passage to crawl through. Rest is straightforward, but you have to face a boss.
Players will reach an area in which the character mentions that "something's odd", and will have to find the following frame. Attack it to create a secret passage.
Down the secret passageway, players will find The Executioner. It drops the Mutator, Steadfast, x414 Scrap, x2 Corrupted Lumenite Crystal and Hand Gun Ammo.
Keep exploring and you will reach a cavern-like structure, in which you will find an altar that contains an Ornate Flail in a room full of charred bodies.
Eventually, you will be able to resurface, but through the otherside of a previously inaccessible area. You will find the Sapphire Dreamstone there, and reach a door that resembles a dark portal.

Remnant 2 Sapphire Dreamstone Notes & Trivia
- The bright blue color, reminiscent of clear lakes and cloudless skies found only in paintings and dreams, is striking on whatever finger it adorns. Whoever owned it before possessed strong--and expensive--tastes.
- Rings grant players diverse benefits once donned, up to 4 rings may be equipped at a time.

is the Skill Cooldown reduction provided by the ring based on Base skill cooldown or Skill cooldown after skill cooldown reduction stats

A great alternative to the Devoured Loop if you haven't completed Apoc yet. This is more consistent but takes a little longer, with the Devoured reversed is you get lucky.

This is a fantastic ring that I feel is very overlooked and not talked about. Its really good at bringing pack abilities with long CDs like the medic shields back up much faster.
For example, suppose a base CD of skill is 60 sec. 3% of that is 1.8 seconds.
The ring can activate on the 3rd second after 2 seconds downtime. so in 60 seconds that would be potential 60/3=20 activations which will reduce the cooldown by a whooping 20*1.8=36 seconds! that's more than 50% cooldown reduction worth!
All you need is a weapon with a fast firing rate like bonesaw or chicago typrwriter and momentum mutation and you can proc it everytime it comes off CD.
Engineers vulcan turret also procs it everytime it crits, which also means 100% uptime for the ring.
Fantastic ring! also works nicely with the hyperconductor ammy if you are into heavy skill usage.

This ring does not seem to affect the Engineer's Turret Ammo regen which is normally effected by Skill Cooldown Rings.

Theres a ring called black pawn stamp past a puzzle in this dungeon as well. You need to shoot the pillars of fire and get them to match as blue and the door will open leading to it. The ring reduces cooldown of skills by 10%.
Theres a second path that opens when you match them all with white flame but it only allows you to do one side, so i'm not sure what the other reward could be
Currently bugged. The intended functionality is that skills can always have their cooldown built up with Sapphire Dreamstone (except of course if all their charges are already full), regardless of conditions such as: Duration-based (doesn't appear visually until expiration) or one-off cast, channeled like havoc form or passive, 1 charge or multiple charge, 1st or 2nd skill slot, whether they're currently ongoing/in-use or not, etc.
HOWEVER, there is one specific and unfortunately common situation where Sapphire Dreamstone cannot build up cooldown for a skill. Duration-based skills (flashing red while active) in the 1st skill slot with only 1 skill charge CANNOT have their cooldown built up while active. You can see this easily by testing any single charge duration-based skill in slot 1 and then slot 2. The issue persists even if there is no archetype in the 2nd slot. Hyperconductor cures the issue by adding an additional skill charge, and Invoker never experiences it as it always has at least 2 skill charges from its prime perk.
