Tarnished Ring is a Ring and accessory in Remnant 2. Tarnished Ring is a ring that improves fighting unarmed by increasing damage dealt that way by 30%

 

Some folks might see a tarnished thing like this and call it foul. Me, well, maybe it's my age, but I'm starting to find these little trinkets sentimental. Reminds me of a different time. Not necessarily better, mind you--but different.

      Was afk for like 45min in Ward 13 and when I came back he stood there suddenly. Maybe its on a timer in W13? Gotta stay long before he moves his ass.

        just got the ring out of nowhere WHITHOUT talking to the guy sleeping, i was standing at W13, and discovered i had a notifications in rings, and there was the ring ??? dunno what happened

              I really hate the low chance of this bozo waking up. In fact, I was hopping through multiplayer sessions when a host returned to Ward 13 and I saw him standing on the catwalk.

              Anyways, the ring is actually pretty neat. And while the effects of the ring aren’t a reference, there’s a portion of the description (notes & trivia of this page) that’s a reference to Elden Ring.

              All in all, I think this is a pretty solid ring for those who wish to create an all-out fists-to-face brawler build.

                If you have trouble waking him up then I have a solution. I found that in another players ward 13 I could talk to him while he's sleeping by crouching near him at the right angle to interact with him.

                  Anyone know if this ring boosts the damage of knuckle dusters since they say in their description that they boost unarmed damage? Or is this specifically for not having any weapon equipped since the dusters...can be equipped...

                    Does spamming teleporter chrystal work?

                    I've been trying it for like 2 hours watching tv and nothing.
                    Does anyone know if he is awake at a certain time of day IRL?
                    Or rotate after so many hours IRL?

                    Would be some good info if so.

                      anyone know if there is anything special with the ring? The guys story is interesting, a naked woman in the fog and a hoard of rabits she bites the heads off. He ran, passed out, and when he woke he was wearing her ring and kept it. He also says at the end, giving it to you, that maybe you can find something to do with it and with this games secrets just makes me wonder if there is somewhere to wear or bring that ring.

                        Every time I tried to look for this NPC, we was asleep in bed and couldn't interact with him. I gave up and progressed through the game, checking in on him whenever I was back in ward 13. After a few trips I finally found him while he awake.
