Dull Steel Ring (Formerly Bright Steel Ring) is a Ring and accessory in Remnant 2. Dull Steel Ring enhances the player evade roll.
The Wanderer used to wear this ring. Not sure if it was special somehow, or if they just liked how it looked. Ha... Can't say i ever understood what was going on in that mind of theirs!

- The Bright Steel Ring's original benefit in Remnant: From the Ashes granted the player the fastest dodge roll, regardless of the player's Encumbrance. The game developers reduced the effects in a patch for Remnant 2 when they realized its benefit was overpowered for the number of available ring slots. This sucks so ****ing much holy ****. I could always take whatever armor for fashion with this ring to keep my fast roll not anymore. atleast give us a transmog system in return.

Why is the picture on this black? In the game, the ring is silver.

This should probably say "defeat 15 world bosses" rather than "complete 15 world biomes". The former is very clear, the latter is not.

I finished the game several times on all difficulties & hardcore. Still havent gotten this ring, no idea why.. currently just farming endbosses in random games to try and trigger the 15 biomes. Before the first patch I was affected by the bug where npcs didnt sell u ur unlocked stuff. The patch seemed to have fixed everything but this ring.. Currently just farming bosses to get 15 biomes after the patch... hopefully this fixes it.

Does this have to be biomes hosted by yourself like completion rewards, or can you get this by joining others and finishing their biomes too?

I got this before getting the butcher fetish amulet, is it a bug? can I assume that I never will get the butcher's fetish now?

just 1 question: how. the ****. do u get this?. Ive been completeng biomes doin every side event. For 2 days. And didnt even get the butchers fetish (which only requires 5). I have more than 100 hrs and this thing just wont spawn in reggie shop. Anyone can help me?

A biome is one of the worlds, yeasha, nerud, losom and root earth. My questions are: Is the labyrinth a biome (should be, there is even that cube boss)? Do you have to complete every dungeon in that world to qualify as complete or can i go straight for the world boss? I think you have to complete everything to close the deal, since i already killed many world bosses, way above the 15, in coop, single player and adventure, and so far no ring from reggie.

A question to those who already got it: Do you get the fastest roll speed, even if you're over-encumbered on weight (which would lead to a flop move instead of an actual dodge) ??

So if you get the fastest roll, do you still suffer the stamina penalty of your armor encumbrance?

What does it mean by "Biomes" can I just get some clarification? Does "Biome" stand for every individual area, within one of the worlds (Yaesha, Losomn, N'Erud) is a biome an area such as the Timeless Horizon or the Palace Courtyard?
