Reggie, also known as Reginald Malone, is a Merchant in Remnant 2. Reggie is one of the residents of Ward 13, and he is a returning character from the previous game, in which he fulfilled a similar role. Merchants are NPCs that provide various services to players. Players will be able to trade Items and gear such as Armor, Weapons, as well as upgrade, and craft materials.
Whether it's cures, supplies, or just a listening ear-whatever it is, I'm happy to help.
Reggie Information in Remnant 2
Reggie is a returning character from the previous game, Remnant: From the Ashes. He sells Consumables, Grenades and Rings/Amulets
His inventory will be updated with every new Consumable you find in the game, while most of the Rings and Amulets require a specific milestone.

If you super heavy roll (Flop) 100 times he will sell Letos amulet.

I got the Black Cat Band: (On my own world, not joined with anyone) I talked to that mudtooth guy, listened to his stories > rerolled the world > went to the first area > rolled off a ledge 8 times in a row and Reggie sold it at Ward 13

he sells the totally OP bright steelring, unfortunatly i dont know the requirement, and i am wondering i didnt see the bright steelring not even listed under the ring section.

It seems as though Reggie will sell the player the rings and amulets you get as rewards for hardcore milestones instead of just getting them by default like Remnant 1.
No clue if other vendors sell hardcore rewards or not.
Black Cat Band is back from the first game. You get it from Reggie as soon as you start the game, but only after you die several times in a row. I got it after rolling off a ledge 7 times. On death, keeps you at 1hp and gives you both 25% more movement speed and makes you immune to temp status effects for a few seconds. 2 minute cool down instead of 1 minute from the last game.

I know Reggie can sell the black cat band but i don't know the condition, if anyone able can you tell me if you are able to purchase it from him?
Also sells "Dran Scavenger Ring" after rolling a bunch of Losomn worlds. The ring effect is "Collecting Scrap, Iron, and Ammo pickups regenerates 10% of max Health and increases all damage dealth by 8% for 30s. So a slightly different scavenger's ring from the first game.
