Whispers is a Merchant in Remnant 2. Whispers can't talk and is a returning character from Remnant: From the Ashes. Merchants are NPCs that provide various services to players. Players will be able to trade Items and gear such as Armor, Weapons, as well as upgrade, and craft materials.
Armor is good. Protects important things. Like your throat.

I beat the game on my own save and whispers STILL won't sell me leto mk 1 armor. I got the realmwalker set, no leto set tho

To the guy below, did you craft the Explorer Engram? He didn't sell the set until I crafted it and equipped it.

He’s broken, I’ve beaten the game multiple times and he still won’t sell the realmwalker armor, so now I can’t get the new class and I don’t even want to play the game anymore 100+ hours for a bug to ruin the entire experience

Completed the campaign and he hasn’t sold anything new, not sure if it’s because you have to solo it 100% or if it’s just a bug. All I know is I deserve more for soloing the last boss >:S (specifically Leto Mk.1 set)

At some point (perhaps after finishing the main plot?) he started selling more armors such as radiant set, cultist set, void set etc.
