AnonymousAs of August 9 2023 this ring is bugged. Same as with the Encrypted Ring. It seems the August hotfix broke a great number of rings. You have to reset their cooldowns somehow after fast traveling or dying. For the Encrypted ring it's to use a mod from a different gun. For this ring it seems damaging myself until it procs fixes it.

You have to be killed by enemies 15 times. Falling to death or liquid escape won't trigger it.

The best ring for Hardcore and you need to die 15x to get it lol.
Does it unlock for all characters at least? Would be nice to start Hardcore with this.
FFS, can we PLEASE get more detail on the **** on this site?
Does it have to be 15 times to the same damn thing? All in one run? On one world? To the same boss?
Because **** me I've wasted an hour already dying over and over again. ****ing hell.
