Burden of the Mariner is a Ring and accessory in Remnant 2. Burden of the Mariner is a ring devised by House Rigol to help laborers survive. It increases skill cooldowns by 15% but generates 15% additional mod power for each skill on cooldown.
There is an ancient Drzyrian tale of a mariner ona perilous journey across the seas of our homeworld. His crewmates perished one by one, until only the mariner was left, and every burden of travel was left to him alone to accomplish.
For most of my life, this tale meant little to me--not until | myself became themariner.

Just like with the Hyperconductor amulet, "increases skill cooldown" means your skill will take longer to load. I tested this; you might just look at "increase" and automatically think it's a good thing. Not this time.

Fine for summoner, I think the skill is always on cooldown while summons are active, put on Burden of the Divine and your summons get half of your regen. this way your Mods have more uptime.
I don't know if engineer turret counts while out.
