not a random world drop, there is a tile that can spawn within the burning towns in losomn that has it next to a tree but to get there you have to move through a burning building. not sure how to accurately describe the tile so that people know what to look for so will just do a walkthrough of said tile: the right of the tile is the entrance to the burning building, you have to climb twice and walk a short ramp up to the third floor. from there, walk around clockwise through the building to the ladder down to the first floor (not high enough to hurt you so can drop down). once on the first floor, you move counter clockwise through the building to stairs up to the second floor, about halfway through there is a side room that ought to have a chest or some stuff in it. once up the stairs, you walk across two beams until you can see the ladder you climbed down from or fell near. immediately turn around and there will be a path straight out of the building obscured with fire and charred corpses. break the corpses and roll through the fire or however you want to deal with that and the ring should be at the base of the tree in the graveyard ahead. off to the left beyond the tree there is a dropdown to return to the rest of the zone.
