Restriction Cord is a Ring and accessory in Remnant 2. Restriction Cord is a ring that restricts healing above 50% of the wearer's max health and reduces all incoming damage by 10%.
The ancient Vaunnt often tried to recreate the living stone of the One of Many. One found a way to harden the flesh of one's liiorshk, albeit at great cost to the true life within.

AnonymousHas anyone else experienced some attacks ignoring damage resistance? In the ruined earth zone I was rocking the capped 80% DMG resistance, and got 1 shot like 100 times. I eventually switched to the lightest armor and move speed possible. I then would notice those specific attacks would just so happen to do just over 50% of my health despite now having virtually no DMG resistance. Is that a bug or a normal mechanic? I feel as though it must be a bug, as that 100% brakes the ring and any builds associated with it.
(I was one shot by two separate bosses and 1 basic enemy type)

The absolute best ring in the entire game. Combining essentially all of the 50% Missing HP rings (in my case, the Restriction Cord, Hardened Coil, Rusted Heirloom and Rock of Anguish) alongside the Death's Embrace amulet sold by the same guy, I am faster, stronger and somehow *tankier* than if I had my whole healthbar. It turns out that -50% HP, +95% DR is a pretty good trade when I also get like +30% damage and do everything 10% faster, including fire rate and reloading.
If you're here wondering if this thing is worth the cost, it very, very much is. Busted as **** ring.

I bet my ass this thing can do a boatload of OP builds.
