Elevated Ring can be found at the following locations:

• From the Forlorn Coast, reach the Mournful Promenade fast travel point, a ruined bridge leading to the palace. Descend the ladder to an open yard, then follow the cliffside path to the top to find a lift going down to the ruins. As you access the lift to go down, it's on a body in front of you.
