The Devs knew exactly what they were doing and I respect them for it

I think this is the devlopers doing a little joke. The design of the ring is a bunch of interwoven infinity symbols, and the effect is an 8% boost, 8 being a standing up version of the symbol.

id imagine this ring would put one specific build over some threshold for insane damage - this would be a dev thing. or its just a complete troll

So I have refused the first time and then gave his book the second time and got the amulet instead. So either the directions are wrong or im retarded. Clerification?

Tested this on the tech 22 and the smg. Fire rate increases moderately but cannot tell how much exactly. Feels like the 10% buff you get from bandit.

Can anyone give a breakdown of how fire rate works? I'm not noticing any difference in fire rates after equipping this ring.
Since I'm trying to get as much fire rate as possible for a bonesaw build, this ring is actually great lmao.
