- Cass' shop refreshes at an estimated time of 30 minutes.
This only pop up in cass's shop after I collected the all other rings with "Burden" in their name, might be a coincidence.
I checked the shop every time I come back to the ward since release and it only showed up today right after I picked up Burden of the Stargazer
The Rings would be:
- Burden of the Destroyer
- Burden of the Divine
- Burden of the Follower
- Burden of the Gambler
- Burden of the Mariner
- Burden of the Rebel
- Burden of the Stargazer
- Burden of the Warlock

Does the decrease in healing affect lifesteal?
If traits like Triage from medic don't affect lifesteal, then effects like this shouldn't either, but can't confirm.

This ring was way better in Remnant 1. There it only reduced your health healing and not your general healing. Also it healed 25% of your max hp instead of 15% and could be improved to 50% with a trait. Definitely a big nerf, not worth to use anymore
