Went to the location found in videos, the item was NOT there, so maybe the spawn isn't guaranteed even with the right location?

and if get lucky and get Consumable Duration buff from All-Seeing Eye = 174 min

When I first enter the forgotten commune I saw the ring on the top of a big pit, didnt pick it up then as I wanted to keep exploring the rest of the dungeon, and when I came back it was gone so I am not sure if it is time gated or simply a bug

Is just like the event of the safe cage, the meridian event, the event of the hand... Could appear or not...
I just found it in the Great Sewer.
You will see a ladder in the minimap to "nowhere" till you climb that ladder.
The rest is reach the end.

The section of the sewer this is found in is a part of the Forgotten Comune in the One Shot version of the dungeon, but also spawns as a random tile in various 'sewer'-type maps and is not guaranteed to be in The Forgotten Comune after it has been randomised

can also spawn in great sewers. look for a pit with falling drans. there's a well hidden ladder behind a shack!
put ring on drink XP boost 90 minutes instead of 60 take ring off ez extra 30 minutes
