Actualy BLEED works now with that ring. Ive tested it on dummies with Twisting Wounds necklage and Power Mod is generating.

From what it seems like, it doesn't actually increase your mod generation from elemental damage by 15%, but instead gives you 15% of the elemental damage you deal AS mod power.

Whether that's true or not will require extensive testing, but it would definitely explain why mods like Firestorm and Tremor (with Det. Trigger) are able to recharge themselves.

Anyone have any tips on how to get this? Abysmal drop rate. I've collected no less than 80-100 purples in Losomn, both Morrow and Beatific searching for this and reset probably 50-60 times between adventure and campaign. Is it possible it only drops after campaign is completed at least once?

Judging by the wide range of places this thing seems to turn up, going to go ahead and guess it's just a world drop in Losomn - maybe I'm one of the two layouts specifically?

Can also be found at Tiller's Rest. I suggest using Remnant Save Guardian to examine if the ring is in your world generation, took me some rerolls that I instantly threw away instead of having to go everywhere to see if its generated or not.

Not sure if this is just my perception of things but I feel like this drops way more often in the Morrow Parish version of Losomn than the other.

The Stone Of Malevolence can also be found in Ironborough, found it in a pool of sewer water next to a body.

For anyone looking for this like a madman as I was, I did not get it in the Gilded Chambers as the page says. I got it in the Great Sewers on a corpse. Probably is a random loot anywhere in Losomn :/

I have no idea if this is bugged but you can basically maintain 100% uptime with like hotshot or other elemental bullet mods. You regenerate mod power when you deal elemental damage, even while the mod is channeling.
