Water Harp is an Event in Remnant 2. It can be found in The Forbidden Grove variant of Yaesha.
Remnant 2 Water Harp Walkthrough
To power the Water Harp you first need to head upstairs.
After traveling through the area behind the yellow fog gate, another fog gate will transport you behind one of the doors near the water harp.
In the room above the doors is a lever. Pulling it activates the Water Harp.
Head back to the Checkpoint next to the Harp. On a nearby table lies a book showing how to tune the harp.
In each row one pin can be set up (or none) on the Water Harp's grid. Numbers 1-5 refer to the pin that needs to be set up (left to right). With the instructions below, this means: in the 1st row, 5th pin is set, in the 2nd row none of the pins are set...
Lift the bridge using 5, 0, 4, 0, 3, 4, 1, 0
The bridge grants access to the Ravager's Lair.
Obtain the Bolt Driver using the secret melody 1, 4, 0, 2, 5, 0, 3, 0.
To obtain the Scroll of Binding, talk to The Flautist after playing the secret melody for the Bolt Driver.

- The Flautist plays the same song that's used to raise the bridge. After the bridge is raised he plays the secret song that lets you obtain the Bolt Driver.

Seems they may have patched Scroll of Binding.
First run through, was bugged, didn't work. Couple weeks later I ran again and just got it.
Main difference I noticed is that this time, the flautist actually changed to playing the secret melody before I entered it. The first time when bugged, he kept playing the bridge melody no matter what.

I don't think scroll of binding is currently obtainable I've tried reloading the area after getting the bolt driver and playing the other songs you find elsewhere and the flutist still won't give the scroll to me. Please post a temporary solution if anyone finds one until they fix the bug. Sadly it looks like it won't be fixed until the dlc drops.

I found a book in Eidara's End with notes in It. 2 songs: 1 has a picture of the empress before and goes 3, 2, 1, 3;
the second has a picture of a ship and goes 5, 4, 4, 1, 2, 3, 2, 3. I tried them on the harp but nothing happened. I even tried them togheter in creative mode but still nothing. Any clue on this? Just a random book? Seems strange.

this took me do long to figure out, but if the harp is not working, pull the lever to tune it. it's on the second floor above where the lost temple stone is.

For anyone that might be wondering, and consequently have been re-rolling Yaesha to get the Water Harp to spawn via how the wiki entry is worded, the Water Harp does NOT in fact spawn in the starting Forbidden Grove. There is a second Forbidden Grove near the end of the world that has the puzzle in it.

For those wondering why this solution doesn't work for you:
you have to progress further into the world and activate a giant harp mechanism in this Forbidden Grove before it will work.

The code for the bolt driver didn’t work for me.
Here’s what worked:
The pattern is 1, 4, 0, 2, 5, 0, 3, 0.
