Scroll of Binding is a Crafting Material in Remnant 2. Scroll of Binding is an ancient scroll with a harmonious composition capable of taming even the untamable. It tells the intertwined stories of Pan and Ravager through the melody of a Water Harp.
The Water Harp sings the story of Pan and Ravager both, for their tales are ever intertwined. Even in silence, the Harp plays the music between notes.
Remnant 2 Scroll of Binding Usage
Scroll of Binding can be used to craft the following items:
- Can be brought to Ava McCabe to craft the Song of Eafir Weapon Mod.

- Scroll of Binding x1
- Lumenite Crystal x5
- Scrap x650
How to Get Remnant 2 Scroll of Binding
Scroll of Binding can be found at:
- Can be found in Yaesha
- Play the secret song (on the Water Harp) which is played by the flautist after playing the song to get access to the Corrupted Ravager. (1 4 0 2 5 0 3 0)
- This gives the player the Hand Gun "Bolt Driver"
- Talk to the Flautist and he will also gift you the Scroll of Binding (you can do this before the boss fight.)

This is definitely bugged right now and not giving the scroll after playing the song

Does it matter what order you play the songs in? I played the secret song first and the bridge second, but he didn't give it to me even after reloading the area.

For some reason the flautist is refusing to give me this scroll even after getting the Bolt Driver. Have tried in adventure mode and campaign, tried talking to him before and after playing either song or both songs, and even tried playing them both after killing ravager. No matter what he simply will not give the scroll, even after acknowledging that the harp was played right. Absolutely infuriating coupled with with the Endaira's End dungeon also not popping up even after 100+ rerolls. Let the Root have Yaesha, I'm done.
Another bug? I do not get this. I have killed the boss already, I enter the secret song and it just plays the few notes and stops. I never seen the "crative mode" before but when I enambe that without chaning it basically plays the song that played to raise the bridge (after the notes I entered I guess). I already got the bolt driver from another time in campain but I did not get the scoll that time. Now it seems its bugged. I can not play the song or talk the to futist after I play the notes.

You do not need to fight the Ravager first to obtain the scroll, only play the secret song and obtain the Bolt Driver. Talking to the Flautist will reward you with the scroll.

Acquiring a second scroll of binding does not convert it to scrap. It maybe has another use?
Just to clarify, there is no...THIRD secret song is there? >.> Like what's on this sheet music on this item? I just got it and am afraid to turn it in because...Dear gosh a THIRD freaking song that's hidden...? I can't read music for crap.

Used to craft the Weapon Mod "Song of Eafir"
Which reads the following: (since there is apparently no wiki added for this yet)
Fires a shot infused with the binding power of the Song of Eafir. Staggers most ground enemies within 10m and deals 150 damage to Flying enemies withing the same range.
The song continues for 15s, afflicting targets within 15m with SLOW, and a 15% decrease to damage dealt.
Mod Power Requirement: 1 000
Required Materials
1x Scroll of Binding
5x Lumenite Crystal
650x Scrap

You get this after you complete the secret version of the Water Harp puzzle in Yaesha. Doing so gets you the Bolt Driver, which you can show to the Pan Flautist. If you do, he gives you the Scroll of Binding.

I can confirm that this is finally obtainable again, but sadly you have to reroll a new adventure mode.
