Stasis Core is a Crafting Material in Remnant 2. Stasis Core is a remarkable crafting material that retains its power despite being abandoned for unknown millennia. Built to endure by the Drzyr, it stands as a testament to their technological prowess and longevity.
The Drzyr were built--a word I do not use lightly--to endure. And so, our technology is designed to endure with us. It would be a foolish people indeed who spent finite resources on a thing they themselves would outlast.

After grinding for this item myself, watching videos, reading comments, I think I can confirm that this item/event ONLY spawns in The Eon Vault. Furthermore, the associated “vault” looks identical to the one where you find the Soul Spark Cylinder for Tal’Ratha’s questline EXCEPT that there will be a giant hole in the ground in front of the outer door.
Therefore, if you don’t catch this on your campaign and you’re ready to grind for this drop, try the following:
1) Re-roll Adventure N’Erud until you get Forgotten Prison (Tal’Ratha’s questline).
2) Speedrun to the second major area The Eon Vault.
3) Look for a “vault” identical to the quest-related one but also look for the very obvious hole in the ground.
If anyone has experience differing from this advice, comment or reply.
If no one contradicts me inside a week or so, let’s update the wiki page(s) with this info.
