Offering Stone and Probability Cord rings work well with Bolt Driver. If you build for it with Archer's Crest ring, Supercharger mutator and Overflow mod it can be super fun and pretty hard hitting. Gunslinger class adds fire rate per level which also speeds this up. Have yet to unlock last Gunslinger skill but I bet that would turn this thing into a beast.

Only thing that blows is the awful reticle this has. They REALLY need to allow you to customize your crosshairs/reticle. It's so easy to lose it mid-fight, esp with guns like this where it seems intentionally crappy

Sequenced shot is definitely currently the best mutator for this gun, not super charger. 90% decrease on charge time over 30% is a no brainer

This is by far most unconvetional puzzle in Remntant 2, because you get the solution to this puzzle only AFTER you coplete this puzzle by the sound alone from the flautist alone after you play initial song to raise the bridge, and even then you get the solution in a form of temporary crafting material for a Mod for a weapon, which is by the way one of th best Mods in the game, so you have to write in down on a paper.

Once you have the Water Harp powered, play (1, 4, skip, 2, 5, skip, 3, skip [# corresponds to symbol with far left symbol being 1, far right symbol being 5. 'Skip' is no peg raised]) on it. A small platform will rise from the ground right next to the Water Harp (defined circular stone inlays in the ground). Grab the Bolt Driver, then run over to the Flautist and talk to him some and he will give you the Scroll of Binding, which is used to craft the Song of Eafir mod at McCabe.

You can do this before fighting Ravager. You MAY be able to do this after Ravager, but if you choose the option that makes all Pan angry at you, you may not be able to do (not confirmed, just a hunch).

It's like a handheld railgun that fires tiny bolts but instead of being propelled by electromagnets like irl railguns it uses Yaesha crystal magic. Neat little thing. Deceptively good as a sidearm too. Instantly procs Zania's Malice in one trigger pull, has good range and does good damage. Pairs coincidentally well with Song of Eafir; the mod the flautist gives you off of the very same puzzle you get the gun from. Put on Supercharger and you've got a solid secondary on any loadout imo.

Feels like a secondary Alpha-Omega. The Bolt Driver DOES want you to use Archer's Crest and/or Supercharger. The reload isn't fantastic either. The 17m ideal range sounds close, but the falloff is 52 which (combined with the fantastic accuracy) means you can really reach out and smack something with it. It does quite a decent chunk of damage too. (on my build I am hitting ~680 weakspot crits with just one of the three bullets) I would recommend this to anyone who wants single target range, accuracy, and damage out of their sidearm.

i just have to ask how was this found? i know data mining sure but was there any clues or ideas this came off from in game? i like it but i notice the lack on context on many of the steps with one exception with the mist step.

This weapon is deceptively good. It always fires three rounds in a very tight burst, so it's actual stats at level 20 are something like 8 shot capacity with 234 damage per trigger pull. I think of it like the silverback with higher capacity and damage with a much lower rate of fire.

There is no need to kill ravager first, just play it after the first one and it will work
