Increases Reload Speed by 30%. Reloads only require 50% of magazine from reserves to fully reload.

Void Idol is an Amulet in Remnant 2. Void Idol is an idol with an intense center, increasing Reload Speed and reducing the amount of magazine needed for a full reload.

And had we come face-to-face with our creator, what would we have found? To be deprived of one's origin is to give it the purpose to seek. To discover the undiscoverable was our ultimate folly.
My folly.

This amulet seems pretty much superceded by the new Zero Divide amulet. Hard to justify taking this over infinite ammo and a damage buff.

works on guns with only 1 ammo before needing to reload.(bows, widowmaker, sporebloom etc.) you can reload twice before it consumes 1 reserve ammo

          - Based on what I noticed, it seems like Void Idol is reducing your reload costs by 50% by... giving you free ammo that is half your current missing mag when you reloaded and then adding your leftover reserves ontop of it. This essentially means even with 1 reserve ammo for an empty 150 mag Light Machine Gun, you will get 75 ammo out of thin air + 1 reserve ammo for a total of 76 shots in your mag when reloaded. If you have 76 mag and 1 reserve ammo, you reload at 114 mag. As long as you have some ammo to reload with and your mag size isn't too small, you'll get more ammo back than you lose.
          - Void Idol + Refunder Mutator = infinite ammo on any gun that has a mag size where its highly improbable for Refunder to not ever return 1 ammo to your reserves before you empty the mag. You will always be above 50% of your mag when reloaded, and Refunder will give you extra reserves to add ontop of that 50%. Refunder is a 35% chance to return ammo to your reserves. I don't do math but I'd assume you'll plateau and always be around 75% of your mag size from what I noticed.
          - Corrosive Rounds or Hot Shot mods will instantly and fully reload the mag regardless of your reserves. Its a good way to get a full mag again as well as a buff to just go ham with the gun when you need it.
          - Light Machine Gun works best since its the largest mag and you can fully recharge the above mentioned mods even with 75% or less of your mag size. Just reload when the Mod's buff wears out and use the remaining mag to build up Corrosive/Hot mod and then use the Mods to instantly reload your gun.

This would be amazing for a hardcore build. Only level 1 weapon type to lower Power Level and use this to solve ammo issues. The added reload bonus means all the best hardcore weapons(coach gun, sniper, etc) are basically 20% stronger.
Unfortunately, they made it cost 15 hardened Iron, wtf is that?

Basically infinite ammo AND a (small) dps bump from reloading faster. Easily one of the best in the game for many builds.

Tested it on twisted arbalest which has 1/21 base ammo. Every second reload consumes one ammo so it effectively multiplies total ammo by two. Pair it with refunder mutator and you don't need to pickup ammo most of the time.

so it cost 15 galvanised iron when i had 1. now i have 15 and it costs hardened iron instead, thanks game.

It would be good if ammo boxes weren’t still around. Gunslinger is just this but a billion times better. Ammo is too easy to get for this to ever be worth it

This thing is really good if you're having trouble with ammo management. It essentially doubles your ammo reserve.

does this save you 50% of the ammo or just load twice as fast? im curious what it does for a single shot weapon like a crossbow
