Gain double Skill Charges. Increases Skill Cooldowns by 25%.
For Heavy Weapons, doubles Heavy Weapon Ammo instead.

Hyperconductor is an Amulet in Remnant 2. Hyperconductor is a small pylon that pulses with bioelectricity, granting double the amount of ability charges but increasing ability cooldowns and reducing maximum energy generation.

The Xul developed tools that would abet evolution, should we discover life in a fragile, pupal stage. We saw it as our responsibility to foster those which day become like us.

Remnant 2 Hyperconductor Notes & Trivia

  • Bioelectricity flashes continuously within this small pylon with a sort of desperation to its pattern, as if it will cease completely if it misses a single spark.
  • Amulets in Remnant 2 are accessories that, once equipped, can grant players diverse benefits. Players can equip one Amulet at the same time, in the designated slot.
  • Tips: Can be powerful with the Engineer as it essentially just doubles the heavy weapons magazine, and it will still generate the same ammo per second.
  • Updated with the release of The Forgotten Kingdom DLC. Check Patch Notes for more information.

really depends on certain skills but this and the all time favourite Devouring Loop make for a beautiful combo

Unfortunately all the skills you’d *really* want have a specific limit, so no summing 2 root reavers etc

        • Found a fun, somewhat useful bug with this item if you’re utilising heavy weapons.

For simplicity, I’ll use the Vulcan cannon for this explanation. Double capacity gives it 300 shots.

Whilst holding the canon: removing the Hyperconductor, unpausing then re-pausing and re-equipping it will add a “phantom” (for lack of a better word) 150 rounds. What this does is that when you dismiss the skill, it’ll refund 75% of how many shots you had left PLUS these “phantom” shots added.

So for example say you had 30 shots left, do the big to add the phantom 150; the game seems to read this as having 180 shots so when refunding ammo it reclaims 135 ammo. You can repeat this to easily get 225 ammo (75% of 300) and start your natural ammo regeneration as Engineer from there.

I’ve had this work pretty consistently, only a very few times has it not worked. Can be helpful if you want to save your relic uses but want to keep using the cannon.

unfortunately this does not increase minion cap BUT it does properly double the charges so you can have two in reserve while having two minions active so can help with keeping as close to 100% uptime as possible with minions

I can confirm that it is on the train event. There is only one ladder on the train so you cant miss it. When you get to the ladder, shoot some cans to the left of it and you can crawl through.

does this affect maximum archetype minion count? if not, it should cuz minions and the turret would be the only real beneficiaries of this amulet aside from allowing a bursty playstyle.
