There is no empirical evidence that the Fey legends of the past ever truly occurred.
Indeed, some see history as more allegory than fact, while others claim the past to be unknown and unknowable.
It is worth considering what matters more--whether a thing actually happened or whether they believe that it did.

This amulet and the effigy pendant have a chance to spawn in derelict lighthouse (dlc side dungeon)
Ok, so this thing seems like trash at first glance. But with a resonating heart healtank, good LORD is this strong. With the alchemist prime perk/Feastmaster's Signet exploit (get both on, put 5 concoctions on and liquid death, the buffs stay for 2 hours even if you switch around your classes and take the ring off) + 10 vigor and the mythic health shard you have 188.48 health. Slap this amulet on with medic+alchemist, Burden of the Divine, and Resonating Heart. With the medic perk Benevolence, BotD, 10 triage, and the healing effectiveness shard, and all allies using Dark Cider and mudtooth's tonic +health shard to get 188.48hp you're healing yourself for 200 over 5 sec with your allies getting 210. However, because of BotD and Benevolence, Resonating Heart includes all the healing you give to all your allies for the doubling effect. This means that if you just have 1 friend and neither of you get hit in those 5 seconds (like if you pop it before a boss fight and walk in) you're getting 41hps for 20 seconds while your allies get 33hps. That's just from 1 relic use, but we can push it further if you use another form of healing in those first 5 seconds like dropping Elixir of Life and fully charging Redemption. This puts you at a stupid 90hps for the 20sec for you and 76 for allies. If you use another relic when you have 5 seconds left on the timer for RH's buff, it adds that to the healing as well so you're getting an absolutely staggering 116hps for you and 93 for allies. Now if you or your ally have any summons, then this gets uncalculable but just know that it skyrockets even further to the point where you will heal your whole health bar in less than a second. The argument for using this amulet over something like red doe sigil or Nimue's Ribbon is that this gives you an

This thing needs to be buffed to give the heal any time an ailment wears off, and the effect needs to be 20m at least. It's an amulet, for crying out loud, we only get one of the damn things, and I sure as hell ain't using this for a support build.
After doing some testing I can conclude that this item does not work as the description would suggest, among other things I will share.
Rather than healing other allies for 25% of your maximum health, it heals them based on their maximum health. Furthermore, despite saying it requires elemental status effects, it also works with bleeds. Yes that means the Atonement Fold ring allows for infinite usage of this to heal teammates. Notably, the bleed applied to the user will not reduce the healing applied to your allies... Thankfully.
Stats and traits that I found affecting the amulet include; the medic trait Triage along with the Healing Effectiveness relic shard and the AoE range via the Amplitude trait.
Overall this amulet is more viable than it appears, despite not healing the user. The ability to heal allies using a relic that doesn't provide direct healing can open up a few interesting options when it comes to Relic spamming.
