Necklace of Supremacy is an Amulet in Remnant 2. Necklace of Supremacy is a symbol of Laemir martial prowess, it increases damage dealt after a period of not being damaged, with a greater increase at full health.
Do not underestimate the Laemir. They have interred the dead for long and long. If there is a secret to the immortals' strength, the Laemir would be the ones to know.

- Can be found in Yaesha - Kill the The Laemir Root Nexus boss in Forgotten Field BEFORE killing any other enemies that it spawns. You can take damage during both phases as long as the Root Nexus dies first.

Also wanted to confirm what some of the others posted in the comments - did this on Nightmare difficulty: killed the root nexus in the first phase without killing anything else. On the second phase with the defiler, i killed all the other non-elite adds and then killed the defiler... then cleared the remaining adds. Got the necklace.

Think I just got a glitched attempt. I killed it from the gate within like 15s by throwing blades from that one mod. Didn't get it. No way I killed anything either, I could see them spawn and float towards me

Damn hard to do as a Handler, dog keeps murdering everything.
Got a few ideas left, might be able to keep him at the gate with the single press command or can get another archetype to replace it. No idea if either will work.
If neither I guess I'll just grind out a sniper.
Got the necklace on the 2nd try. Immediately shot at the boss from the boss gate using Widowmaker. Got the boss down and waited for the miniboss to spawn, and killed all adds to get the necklace.
A theory of the missed attempts might be using melee to attack the root- possibly killing enemies off-screen. My only guess beyond glitched attempts. I would try to snipe from the door if you are having trouble as you can get a clear shot at the root and know for sure you have not killed any adds.

Did exactly as described, no necklace. Waited for all mobs to spawn, finished the root, killed all mobs, and nothing. Waste of time.

I just killed this boss without any fliers getting in the way, without getting grappled, without the archers sneaking up and killing me. But the Defiler didn't spawn so no amulet for me.

Dumbest design I’ve ever seen. Half the time the boss is too stupid to summon the mini boss and will just sit there.

Some things I've found from testing: You don't have to talk to the Laemir before starting the encounter. You can damage the enemies and apply status effects to them, just don't kill them. Slow works well here. Get the Root Nexus to below 25% health and let it spawn the mini-boss, if you kill the Root Nexus by damaging it too quickly you will not get the necklace. As soon as the Root Nexus health bar changes to the mini-boss health bar, it is safe to start killing enemies and finish the encounter.

You need to talk with laemir before starting the boss? Because I didn't know you could talk to him before. I missed the opportunity to get this amulet twice.

On my first attempt I didn't kill any mobs that spawned by the root nexus but killed the root nexus too fast making it unable to spawn the 2nd phase boss.
2nd attempt I slowed down my damage phase and let the root nexus finish its scream animation before damaging it further and manage to kill it without killing the mobs that spawned and killed everything on the 2nd phase and got the necklace.

I got killed by the boss on my first attempt. On my second attempt, I killed the root nexus before the adds spawned, and suddenly, the quest was complete. Nothing spawned. No boss. No adds. I'm not sure what happened. Do you only get one chance at killing the boss? I killed him on a previous run,
but I wasn't trying to get the necklace at that time.

Don't kill the Root Nexus before at least a few enemies spawn, otherwise the fight will immediately end and you won't be able to get this. Ease up on the damage when the Nexus is almost dead.

So many comments giving very false information. So I just got the necklace, and getting damaged DOES NOT MATTER.
All that matters is you kill the root nexus before killing any adds (i’m almost positive damaging an add doesn’t even matter, as I was using Sagittarius Bow, and when I fired off the mod at the tree, I’m almost positive I clipped an enemy with it). Maybe it’s better to play it safe and NOT damage an add prior the tree being killed.
Once the tree is killed, you can safely dispatch as many adds as you want to give yourself some breathing room before killing the aberration mini boss thing. Also feel free to get damaged, it DOES NOT matter.

1 - Did speak with priest
2 - Killed Nexus without taking damage or any ads was able to get near me
3 - Got damaged on 2nd phase
4 - Killed boss and got dropped

This was one of the worst ones to try and get. My defiler spawned with Vortex and made taking 0 damage nearly impossible.
Note; You can't take damage during the second phase either.

Got the necklace in forgotten fields after killing the nexus without killing the other enemies as well as taking no damage then when the actual boss spawned I killed him without killing the other enemies and once again taking no damage
I got the Necklace of Supremacy when I destroyed the Root Nexus without taking damage AND killing any other enemies. I am not sure if you need to meet both requirements, but considering the activation condition of the item I guess you need to avoid taking damage during the first phase (again, this is an assumption). You are allowed to die multiple times during this fight until you meet the requirement(s).

I got it after focusing the priest instead of the root around the priest on my second attempt.

Randomly got it in forgotten field after defeating defiler (I've done this twice before but it just appeared on the 3rd attempt, might be cause I didn't speak to pan priest)
This ****ing thing is bugged, i did everything right man and it doesn't drop :/. I can't be the only one with this issue
